Types of Reviews
This review was a "Report Card Submission". We ask our customers to fill out a "report card", like the one pictured below, at the completion of every job. The star rating is an average of how the technician performed in knowledge, promptness, courtesy, ability to finish the job quickly and in one visit, clean up of the job site and overall quality of the finished work. To add transparency to our business we make these public on our website.
At the completion of every job we ask our customers to review our business on our website. Their comments are reviewed manually for inappropriate language and then posted to the website unedited.
This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.
This review was an "E-mail Submission". Sometimes our customers send us emails to let us know more about how we performed. With their permission these are posted to the site.
This review was a "Postal Mail Submission". Our customers send us letters through traditional postal mail reviewing our performance. When they do, we transcribe it and place it on our website.

tito did a very good job and is a good representative of your firm. he is polite, on time and professional. overall i am very satisfied and will use you again.
can i ask a favor though. after tito left and i opened and closed the door , i noticed there was some light coming from the bottom of the door i.e., the door wasn't really coming to rest on the ground...i'am probably talking fractions of an inch. i preferably would like it flush to help keep out the cold as well as small unwelcomed animals. can i have tito stop and ensure it is flush with the ground?

Installer was Sam and he was excellent. Very much a person who enjoyed his job and always willing to tell you what he was doing.
The only issue I encountered was that when Sam left something went wrong with the sensors and the garage would not close no matter how I tried to adjust them. When I called the main number for help there was no record of any install scheduled for my home. Better yet, they said there was no Sam working for them. I called the phone number on my receipt Sam left for me. Whats with that??????

John, I apologize for the SNAFU. As you are now aware my new door divisions administration is closed on Saturday while we are installing doors. The service center is separate from this division and does not have ability to access their database. I understand that the door is working properly now though. I am making adjustments to the database to ensure that the left hand knows what the right is doing. Thank you for your comments and I once again apologize for the unneeded stress.

We had a broken cable and made an appointment with Precision. Darren arrived on time, set the door down, replaced both cables and adjusted the tension. He did an outstanding job. If our garage door has any more issues, we'll call back and ask for Darren again.
