I called three different companies for an estimate and Precision is the only one who actually answered the phone. Wonderful service. I was kept informed after my phone call about the upcoming service appointment. The technician was on time, courteous and efficient. I was amazed to hear that there would be no charge for the visit since the tech said there was only a very minor adjustment made. Very pleased.

We received multiple proposals for new garage door installation. Throughout the process, Precision was the most professional company and was sure they could do the job. We live in an old tudor with pipes running throughout the garage ceiling. Other companies were concerned about their ability to install a system. Precision's team member (Mike) showed up with years of field experience and was sure he could specify the right package for our garage door.

Sonny just left our home! He did a superb job for us and we are lucky that Precision Overhead Door would come on a Saturday. Our cable snapped and the garage door folks that we always did business with “don’t work on a Saturday” - also, we “don’t do residential anymore but we can come on Monday”. Oh well … we have just located our new Garage Door company and we THANK YOU for coming on a Saturday and for the EXCELLENT work. We notice that the newer springs are of much better quality than what we originally had .. much stronger. Precision Door is the ONLY company to call for you garage door issues. Soner was my technician. Prior to his arrival i received a text with his photo and a bio all about him! NEVER has a company done that before and i felt like a friend was coming to my home. Soner explained all that was wrong and the door needed a good 18 year old servicing as well as a broken spring. He explained everything in detail to me and showed me all the things i the door and keypad that I never knew ! Do not hesitate on calling Precision Door. I usually do not write reviews but I had to for this company. True professionals from the first phone call!!!

Outstanding response to scheduling repair. Great communicaiton about reminders of service call and alerts when technician was arriving, including map locator. Workmanship was efficient, clean and carefully executed. I highly recommend this company. The technician explained everything in detail and delivered exactly as he described.
