Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was extremely responsive (issue diagnosed and keypad replacement completed within 3 hours from initial office call) reasonably priced (applied AAA and First Responder discounts) and friendly; Gafu was knowledgeable and professional, and very communicative throughout the repair. Gafur advised of and repaired a bearing/spring bracket being supported by only a half screw; highly recommend Precision and Gafur without any reservation.

I was forced to use Precision for a repair since they installed a door opener 2 years ago. They are very pricy as compared to other door companies. $299 for a break in fee and $800 for a new motor. Big rip off company!!!

Kyle our tech was amazing. I had backed into the door and thought for sure it would need to be replaced, but he repaired it to look almost as good as new so I didn’t have to buy a new one. Kyle was on time, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Any time I have an issue with my garage doors, I go directly to Precision - I wouldn’t consider using any other company!

Prior to tech Jeffrey Barrales arriving to estimate and ultimately repair my garage door, a text was sent along with his photo for security purposes. Jeff arrived on time, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Jeff even dried the garage floor where some rain had gotten in! During the repair process, Jeff was joined by tech, Leo who was equally knowledgeable and professional. Even though it was Friday, both stayed until 8:30 PM to fix my door. Mike answered all of of questions and addressed all of our concerns and made the process a piece of cake.
