Always great service. Called in the evening after our door lost some bolts, and service was delivered the next morning. Alex, the technician, was professional, comprehensive and friendly. This is a great company with an excellent crew of service professionals. Highly recommended!

Precison Garage Door came highly recommended by other family members and I was not disappointed. Mike Mirsadiev came to inspect my system which I thought was noisier than it should have been. After showing me several parts that were worn, including cables that had started to fray, he installed a new, updated garage door opener system. Mike was highly competent, very professional and knowledgeable about the system. He patiently explained the differences between my old new system and the new one including installing the app to control the system. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you Mike.

One of the best service experiences I've ever had. We called Precision after our other company stood us up and never called to reschedule, and it was 100% the right decision. Communication was first-rate from the start, and service was scheduled for the next morning. Matt was a superb technician who diagnosed and explained the issue, and gave us three options - at different price points. No pressure sales tactics. He was friendly and polite throughout and an absolute delight to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience - very highly recommended.

Requesting a tune up service for my garage door. Appointment was between 10am to 2pm. Marlon arrived 1:30. I had a valpak coupon for $79.99 for tune up. Coupon was honored immediately and after completing the inspection of garage door. Marlon recommended replacement of 10 plastic door rollers Marlon explained why and showed how old rollers had deteriorated. I decided to replace rollers. Marlon had proper rollers in his vehicle. He replaced rollers in 20 minutes lubricated the door and work was completed in 20 minutes. Excellent prompt and professional service by Marlon. I would highly recommend this company to my neighbors friends and family
