This review was a "Telephone Submission". Often after work is completed we conduct a telephone survey to ensure complete satisfaction with the work we did. With permission, Comments from these calls are transcribed and displayed on our website.

I want to thank you for the excellent service on 2/27/12 for installing a garage door opener and the followup on 2/28. Your same day service far excelled another company who had missed eight scheduled appointments. I wish I had used Precision first because this opener was a Valentines Day present that was two weeks late. Darren, the technician, was on time, professional, knowledgable and honest. THANK YOU!

I want to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with Glenn Gualtieri. He was very thorough in explaining the different products available, for both the doors as well as the openers. Today, after I called him about the color of the doors, he came right over and we compared the sample to the door. As it turned out there is a bit of an optical illusion, holding the sample up next to the shingles on my house the color is almost identical. But when you see the expanse of the door these is a bit of a difference.

The installers were very professional as well. They did a great job. I am very happy with your company, and should the occasion arise I’ll be happy to give your company my recommendation.
