Best garage door! Got the life time warranty, any issue they fix right away. Had the door a few years now and a bracket broke where the door attaches to the auto opener, Neil came an replaced it quickly. Thanks!!

Today we met with your tech Leonardo who was right on time for out appointment. He was very professional and "knew his stuff." We were very pleased with his presentation and we placed our order for a new garage door and remote door opener on the spot with full confidence everything would be fine. MOST IMPORTANT this is a surprise move in present for my son's new house and you did my wife and I a big favor by pushing up the install it so they would have it before they moved in. What a big surprise they will have thanks to you. Feel free to use us a reference to anyone that lives in our area.

Excellent experience and would highly recommend Precision. We had a new garage door installed and from start to finish the people we dealt with were courteous, professional and competent. Travis spent time with us selecting a door style and didn't try to "over sell." He was a pleasure to deal with. Our technicians, Gerard and Kenny, were the best! Both were extremely friendly and helpful explaining certain operational features I had questions about. They even took the time to write things out for me on a separate piece of paper so I could later explain them to my husband. They were meticulous with the installation and the finished product is perfect. Overall 5 stars for sure! Nicely done Precision...

Our garage door malfunctioned on Saturday evening. Precision was able to send a technician, Mirzobek (Mike) to our home on Sunday am. He arrived promptly, as promised. He was extremely helpful, efficient, personable and was able to repair our garage door in a fair amount of time. He answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had. Mike is a true asset to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. He made a great impression on us and we now consider ourselves new customers for life! We also were very impressed with the customer service follow up--lacking in so many businesses today. Thank you to all at Precision!!
