I installed Precision doors in 2011 and it has been absolutely seamless ever since. The doors look great, the hardware has sustained time and I couldn't been more pleased with my purchase. One of my garage lights went out and Michael and Leo came over yesterday to fix it. I called in the morning, they came 2 hours later and took 20 minutes (if that long) to install a new socket and bulb. The added benefit was they greased all the hardware while they were here. They both are very efficient and pleasant to work with and had the right equipment on the truck. I am very pleased with Precision and would recommend them highly. Denise

We had a fantastic experience with Precision Door Service. Our garage door opener unexpectedly broke on Tuesday and we had an appointment the next business day. Michael G called right before his previous job and gave an arrival estimate. I had Precision install a brand new door opener less than a year ago. The door was not closing with the remotes. When I called I got an appointment the next day (which was great). The technician, Michael, found that a bracket from the previous installation had no lateral strength and caused the door to buckle as it came down. He went right to work and forty minutes later he had created and installed fully reinforced brackets on both sides of the door. He went above and beyond what was required, and I am completely satisfied.

We had one of our garage doors break with the spring and safety cables completely hanging off the track! We moved into the house a few months ago and were pretty ignorant about the workings of garage doors, but I could sense that they needed help, the broken one forced us to act. My wife called Precision and they were able to get someone out to us pretty quickly to diagnose. Mike and Jacob came and after inspecting, pointed out all the flaws in the incredibly poor condition of our doors. They were very honest, showing us that the motors and doors were fine, and it was just the hardware that needed replacing. They were able to do a rebuild on all of the hardware for all 3 doors in about two hours. Couldn't believe how quickly they got it done (seemed like a TON of work), and they were just pleasant and friendly, the best. Felt completely trustworthy and I just had a great feeling overall about the job they did. Will definitely have them back for anything that we need done in the future.

Let me start by saying I spent 30 years in customer service before switching to higher education, and because of that experience my expectations are rather high. I called Precision based on a recommendation and I can say in all honesty I have never experienced this level of customer service and satisfaction. My technician, Mike G, called to say he would be at my home at a certain time and arrived almost to the minute. It was a pleasure having Mike G assigned as my technician as he was nothing less than exceptional. This gentleman took every measure to ensure that this experience was impeccable from start to finish, which included assessing the garage door problem immediately, explaining the problem in detail, and presenting me with options while explaining each one. The new garage door system was installed in less than one hour, which in itself is amazing; Mike then took the time to explain how to use each component of the new system. It is good to know that there are some companies that still believe in outstanding customer service. I have no doubt whatsoever that I will turn to Precision for any future needs. Once again it was a pleasure doing business with Precision, and especially Mike G. You have earned my trust and my loyalty and I will strongly recommend Precision Door Service to friends, family, and colleagues. Mike G did something that few people do--exceeded my expectations!

Precision Door installed my garage door six years ago and there has never been a problem. The garage door is used as our main entrance so its used very frequently.
