Wow! What an excellent customer service experience! I submitted my request via the website and within 15 minutes received a call to schedule the appointment. Shortly thereafter I got a confirmation email and a call from Darren stating he was on route and would arrive in 15 minutes. About an hour later everything was fixed. In less than 3 hours from my first contact the garage door was fixed. BTW Darren was great! Very professional and explained everything to me.

You have a well done and precise web site. The part about fully stocked truck was very impressive. I found this to be true, I have a 70 year old,two car, single wooden door garage, that is extremely heavy. The springs were massive and the rollers original. Your technician new exactly what springs and rollers to use, and they were on the truck. He was very efficient and neat.

Our door stopped working only last evening. So I was pleased to find your site first thing this morning, get an actual person on the line right away (Lisa), and set up a service call for the same day. Darren called to let me know he was on his way and when he got there he sized up the problem quickly. I had Precision doors come and fix my garage door apparatus about a year ago. They did a terrific job and offered a lifetime guarantee. When the front mount came off they came out the very next day, before the time expected and a terrific job of fixing the problem. Moreover to remount the connection the service man had to customize a way to prevent it from coming loose again.
