Just wanted to tell you what a positive experience I had with the installation of our new garage door. Glenn Gaultieri was great with sales, gave me lots of wonderful information, and addressed all my concerns! The installation by Jorge and Sam was tremendous. They were really nice guys, and answered my silly concerns with all seriousness. They worked really efficiently and cleaned up the mess completely. They made sure that I was happy with the job they did. I will absolutely recommend your company to anybody who needs a new garage door or repairs. I want to let you know what a pleasure it has been dealing with Glenn Gualtieri. He was very thorough in explaining the different products available, for both the doors as well as the openers. Today, after I called him about the color of the doors, he came right over and we compared the sample to the door. As it turned out there is a bit of an optical illusion, holding the sample up next to the shingles on my house the color is almost identical. But when you see the expanse of the door these is a bit of a difference. The installers were very professional as well. They did a great job. A brief note to express my appreciation for the service over the past few weeks. The office was very responsive in sending a repairman quickly to deal with our temperamental garage door openers. Darren resolved the emergency and gave us excellent advice. Glenn Gualtieri spent considerable time with us in helping us select the appropriate new doors and openers, and arrived after installation to check and answer questions. The technicians who removed the old doors and installed the new ones removed all debris, explained the functioning, and made sure everything was in working order.
