Had a great experience with precision. The woman who answered the phone was courteous and took my info quickly and got me scheduled for the next day. Travis was my service technician and was great. He was polite and knowledgeable. He called me early in the day to confirm appointment and give me the time he would be there which was really nice. Many times you wait during the window you are given and never know when they will show. He called again when he was on his way to reconfirm. When he got here he quickly assessed the problem, gave me options and then worked extremely efficiently to repair my garage door. He clearly explained the repairs to the door that he completed. The Technician's. Travis & Vince were extremely professional, courteous, and importantly knowledgeable. Vince took me through the 10 point inspection, Travis Immediately saw the problem with the motor, my options for a new motor carefully explained, after installation door was carefully tested. Remotes reprogrammed, and the interior of the garage left spotless. My warranty was explained, follow up by service manager was done within an hour of installation.
