Disaster struck today when my garage door broke. Called Precision and was happy to hear they could send someone out. Ferdinand Kazimov (the tech) called and showed up on time, and man let me tell you what a game changer he was. EXTREMELY professional, polite, and super talented. Luck would have it that I got him since his route is usually NJ., but what sets him apart from all others, he takes pride in his work. Cable lines were clean and securely hidden, pulley's properly aligned, and springs properly installed the correct way so no damage will occur if they were ever to break. I asked him if he liked working for the company and his reply was "his bosses treated him better at this job than any other." I have found that is often the case with successful companies.

Your company is truly great. They replaced my garage door and it is excellent. Now I want a new piece of rubber along the bottom of the door to prevent water from entering into the garage. I received the call telling me 30 minutes before the tech arrived. Alex was on time. He took 5 minutes to asses the issue and then before doing the work told me what was involved and how much it would cost. He then did the work quickly and the doors are now working great! Great Service.

I used Precision three years ago to replace an older opener and was very pleased. Today, I called today to replace my other garage door opener. The service, punctuality, and professional experience by the technician, Alex Berk, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and able to correct some existing problems with the older opener. Despite my surprise at the price increase since three years ago, I was able to get a more reasonable quote. Both doors run perfectly, smoothly, and quietly. Thanks, Alex!!!
