Doug’s Story
My earliest experiences in the home service industry were as a kid, helping my dad with the family painting business. As a true perfectionist, my dad treated each home as if it were his own taking time with every little detail.
Customers were wowed by his craftsmanship and trusted my dad at their home so they would refer us to friends and neighbors. I thought this type of honorable work was the standard until I had a family and home of my own.
I’ve experienced giving a contractor thousands of dollars in a down payment only to have him never return to do the work. I’ve even had personal items stolen from my property. My spirit was broken by people that I trusted inside my home.
So when I started Precision in 1999, wowing our customers, employees, and the community became a core value of the company. We honor this by building trust with our customers, caring for our employees, and supporting the local community.
