Our garage door malfunctioned on Saturday evening. Precision was able to send a technician, Mirzobek (Mike) to our home on Sunday am. He arrived promptly, as promised. He was extremely helpful, efficient, personable and was able to repair our garage door in a fair amount of time. He answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had. Mike is a true asset to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. He made a great impression on us and we now consider ourselves new customers for life! Precison Garage Door came highly recommended by other family members and I was not disappointed. Mike Mirsadiev came to inspect my system which I thought was noisier than it should have been. After showing me several parts that were worn, including cables that had started to fray, he installed a new, updated garage door opener system.
