When our garage door refused to open, we had no idea what the problem was, and we had no way to get in and find out. That's when we called Precision. They sent out Tino Bugallo to help first thing this morning. His first task was to figure out what had happened. He asked a number of questions, probed the door frame with his tools, tried to jimmy the door open...and finally succeeded. The hatchback on our Subaru had opened in the night, pinning the door in place. It was a pleasure to have Tino on the job. He was polite, attentive, clearly knew what he was doing and he quickly did it.

Reinaldo and Greg were great. Showed up right when they said they’d be here, fast work - very friendly and professional. Thanks for sending them! Only reason for the 4 stars is that the door wasn’t cut to correct size first time they came, and now that it’s installed there’s a bar across the inside of the windows which I didn’t know about ahead of time. Not the installers fault at all, but it would’ve been good to have been told about it beforehand from the company.

Darren called to see if he could come earlier than the time slot allocated, and worked efficiently in the cold rain. It wasn't an easy door to fix, it is very old and crammed into an opening that wasn't designed to hold a standard automatic garage door. Darren stayed with it until it worked better than it has in years, despite broken parts! We do need a new door, but until then at least we can get the cars in and out.
