Great service. They were available to come the next day and gave a 4-hour window for the appointment, but then kept us closely updated about what time the technician would arrive and, when he did, the service was provided promptly, courteously and keeping us in the loop about what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost which, on the whole, was reasonable for the services provided.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Precision! My garage door broke on Saturday evening. I called and immediately got through to a rep, Anthony. I explained what happened, he gave me a quote, and then was scheduled for a Sunday appointment between 12 pm - 4 pm with Jeff, one of their technicians. On Sunday I was texted with regular updates on Jeff’s schedule. Jeff arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and fixed my garage door perfectly. The bill was exactly what I was quoted. Also, Jeff was friendly, courteous, and a complete professional. My garage door was fixed in less than 24 hours after I called Precision on a Saturday evening!
