Jeffrey Barrales was the technician who came to address my garage door that continually let in frigid air. His work was superb and he designed a better solution than I was thinking of and it worked perfectly. In addition to replacing hinges with heavier ones that would not allow the closed door to move even in high wind gusts, he also replaced all rollers and replaced the ancient lift motor that was over 20 years old. He completed all of this very quickly and the temperature in the garage immediately increased. That is helping also to keep our condo warmer since the garage is at one end of it. Every time I have used Precision Garage Door I am more impressed with the quality of their work. Jeff was able to immediately understand the problem and come up with a creative solution to it. This is a terrific company with reliable, talented and highly skilled technicians. Their pricing was clear and reasonable for the five options presented to me. They were available to come the next day and gave a 4-hour window for the appointment, but then kept us closely updated about what time the technician would arrive and, when he did, the service was provided promptly, courteously and keeping us in the loop about what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost which, on the whole, was reasonable for the services provided.
