From the initial phone call I made, I was treated with respect and understanding by Elaine ( I think that was her name). She knew I was upset, unable to get my garage door opened. She secured an appointment within a few hours to have a repairman. Daniel called me to let me know he was only 20 minutes away. He was polite and very respectable. He assured me my problem would be resolved. He was very professional and courteous and I was delighted. (He also took his shoes off while in my house) Impressive, a real gentleman. The response from Precision doors was great! The were able to dispatch a repair technician with a day of me reporting the door failure. Jesse was great, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond the call of duty. After diagnosing the cause of the broken door and best method for fixing it, he also proceeded to change out the light bulbs, lubricate the rollers and track (which made a huge difference), and even help me program the door opener key pads. Thanks to him I had to provide 5 stars. There was one aspect that left me unhappy. He reinforced both doors with a Gosh Bracket to avoid future failures. Those brackets cost $85 each. I paid $170 for both doors. Lowes sells the same bracket for $15.98. Why such an extreme mark up on the material price???

We had a great experience with your company! It was easy to make an appointment on line, and when I called with a question, a very helpful young lady gave me all the information I needed. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning and even received a phone call letting me know that our technician would be there soon. Jesse called about 5 minutes later to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he evaluated the situation and gave us several options for repairs of our problem. Jesse was very friendly, courteous and professional and went to work quickly. When he completed the job he made sure it was to our satisfaction. From now on when we need any work done on our garage doors, we will call Precision and ask for Jesse.

From the moment he arrived, he was nothing less than professional And welcomed all my questions. Had I had been given a company as a reference by anyone, the experience couldn’t have been any better. Repair was fast, efficient, and the result was beyond impressive. Being in the medical field, the fact that they respect Covid and respect everyone by keeping safety a priority, was beyond what I could’ve ever expected. Jessie was so impressive with how professional and knowledgeable he is In addition to the fact safety was always maintained and he remained masked with a very protective mask throughout the visit. I am so sorry I can only give five stars. Pricing is more than fair and the fact that they come on weekends and is no extra cost is on his also another five star feature. Don’t go anywhere else. This is going to be my go to for all garage door needs And it should be yours too.

This is the third garage door opener I’ve had to replace. My old ones lasted 20 years. Precision Garage Door Service has replaced all three and each time I was very happy with the work. They were timely, courteous and efficient. The techs were extremely pleasant and helpful in setting up my doors on the app.
