The communication with Precision was top notch throughout. Called on Saturday and a technician came on Sunday morning. Justin Young did an outstanding job. He assessed the situation quickly, presented my options clearly, and gave me the pros and cons. In less than 4 hours he replaced all the hardware, opener and electronics of one garage and the opener and electronics of the other (the hardware of the second door was in good shape). He showed me how to use the new openers and how to program the new key pads, which we tested. Extremely professional. Great job.

I have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for over 10 years. The technicians are all great. My most recent experience was replacing my garage door opener. Hector was prompt and kept me updated on his arrival and progress with the installation. The work was done quickly and the new opener works great. I have complete confidence in Precision and have never been disappointed in scheduling service with them.

We worked with Hector from Precision today & it could not have been a better experience. Hector, our service technician, was knowledable, friendly, & arrived 20 minues early. We had a new garage door opener installed. Our home is "older" so working on it has challenges. Hector was outstanding with adjusting for an 80 plus year old home. He made sure everything worked perfectly. The work area was left cleaner than before. Getting our garage door "looked at" was something we had been putting off for a few years. We are very happy with the service all around at Precision and are glad our wait brought us to them. In these days of forgotten customer service, happy to say Precision has outstanding customer server down pat! If you need a garage door repair or whatever, don't delay & give Precision a call. Fast service, friendly, communicate well, care about their customers, outstanding service technicians!

Our 30+ year old garage door motor finally died. Your technician, Gafur Ashurov, diagnosed the problem right away and showed us the options to replace it with a new unit. We chose the 1HP unit and in about an hour, he had it installed with new keypad, pushbutton, safety units. Set up the remote in my wife's car, showed us how everything works. Much quieter than old unit, couldn't be more pleased with the work. 3 years ago, you replaced the hardware, which has been working well since then.

Creig & Martin want to thank Hector for his skills, professionalism, patience, and credibility. We spent more than expected, but that was our choice, because various options were presented. We were (again) very satisfied doing business with Precision and specifically Hector.

Precision was able to service the garage door the same day I called. I received updates regarding the status of the tech's pending visit. Jeff Barrales, technician, was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. The coil needed to be adjusted and Jeff solved my problem in 20 minutes. Precision has my highest recommendation.

In an environment where it's nearly impossible to get good service, Precision defies that trend and delivers! Precision follows up with reminder communications, let us know when the technician would be 20-30 minutes away so that we would be ready, and let us know when he arrived. The technician said that he would evaluate our garage door and springs and provide an estimate of our various options. We chose to upgrade our inexpensive spring that came with our new home with a better spring. We also chose to upgrade the door and track rollers as well. The work was timely completed and there is a major improvement to how the door functions. It's lighter with the heavier spring in the event the door must be opened by hand and the door rollers are much quieter and smoother during the opening and closing phases. We highly recommend Precision Door.

I called Precision for repair of worn out springs. It would stop half way going up. Precision sent Jeffery to do the repair. Jeffery was very friendly and honest. He changed out the springs and did some adjustments. Now the door works like new. Jeff knows what he’s doing. I would definitely call Precision again.

Jeffrey did an outstanding job today on a newly-installed LiftMaster Door Opener at my residence. He texted me in the morning to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived (with a warm handshake and smile) he visually inspected my door and its hardware before touching anything. After his assessment, he outlined my options for openers and hardware. After I chose what I wanted, he went to work on the spot and completed everything within two hours. Before he left he gave me a thorough tutorial on the remotes and keypads and I was ready to go. I highly recommend Jeffrey and Precision Door - what a first-class team!

I was in a dire need to find a garage door service ASAP. My door wouldn't open when I needed to go out. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door and to my amazement the kind customer service rep gave me the next day appointment early am. Louise was our technician. He quickly diagnosed the issue , explained clearly what he needs to do to fix it. He also presented an alternative that was to install a new system. He went step by step what it would involve, the price and the time he would have to spend here. Not only we changed my side opener but also my husband's. We found Louis to professional, smart, articulate & cordial. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and of course, Precision Garage Door. Joanna
