He is an employee who is an asset to your business. He took the time to fully explain the problem and give me options to fixing the issue. It is clear that he takes pride in his work, and knows his stuff! It is clear that I will be needing to replace the entire door soon, as it is a double wide wooden door which is on borrowed time. Our garage door system needed a repair to a roller that came loose and dropped off. Joshua quickly diagnosed the needed action to replace and secure the roller. Joshua tightened all the other roller connections and other screws as well. In addition Joshua made an adjustment to the motor to return the closing settings to make a softer landing while preserving the secure fit with the floor. Joshua worked quickly, explained what he was doing and was very professional yet quite friendly. I think Joshua represents your company very well. Additionally we were very impressed with your overall approach to Customer Service. We were very comfortable with the level of communication you provided from start to finish. Being seniors, we felt we were treated with courtesy and appreciated being advised who would be arriving and when.

Precison Garage Door came highly recommended by other family members and I was not disappointed. Mike Mirsadiev came to inspect my system which I thought was noisier than it should have been. After showing me several parts that were worn, including cables that had started to fray, he installed a new, updated garage door opener system. Mike was highly competent, very professional and knowledgeable about the system.
