One of the best service experiences I've ever had. We called Precision after our other company stood us up and never called to reschedule, and it was 100% the right decision. Communication was first-rate from the start, and service was scheduled for the next morning. Matt was a superb technician who diagnosed and explained the issue, and gave us three options - at different price points. No pressure sales tactics. Gafur did an excellent job and is a pleasure to work with. He listened to my priorities and showed me options for future work to consider; and he made recommendations for safety upgrades (which he implemented after explaining the purpose and importance). He worked efficiently, made the repair to the door, replaced the broken wall button, and tested the door multiple times to ensure proper operation.
