We worked with Hector from Precision today & it could not have been a better experience. Hector, our service technician, was knowledable, friendly, & arrived 20 minues early. We had a new garage door opener installed. Our home is "older" so working on it has challenges. Hector was outstanding with adjusting for an 80 plus year old home. He made sure everything worked perfectly. The work area was left cleaner than before. Getting our garage door "looked at" was something we had been putting off for a few years. We are very happy with the service all around at Precision and are glad our wait brought us to them. In these days of forgotten customer service, happy to say Precision has outstanding customer server down pat! If you need a garage door repair or whatever, don't delay & give Precision a call. Our 30+ year old garage door motor finally died. Your technician, Gafur Ashurov, diagnosed the problem right away and showed us the options to replace it with a new unit. We chose the 1HP unit and in about an hour, he had it installed with new keypad, pushbutton, safety units. Set up the remote in my wife's car, showed us how everything works. Much quieter than old unit, couldn't be more pleased with the work. 3 years ago, you replaced the hardware, which has been working well since then.

In an environment where it's nearly impossible to get good service, Precision defies that trend and delivers! Precision follows up with reminder communications, let us know when the technician would be 20-30 minutes away so that we would be ready, and let us know when he arrived. The technician said that he would evaluate our garage door and springs and provide an estimate of our various options. We chose to upgrade our inexpensive spring that came with our new home with a better spring. We also chose to upgrade the door and track rollers as well. The work was timely completed and there is a major improvement to how the door functions. It's lighter with the heavier spring in the event the door must be opened by hand and the door rollers are much quieter and smoother during the opening and closing phases. We highly recommend Precision Door.

I called Precision for repair of worn out springs. It would stop half way going up. Precision sent Jeffery to do the repair. Jeffery was very friendly and honest. He changed out the springs and did some adjustments. Now the door works like new. Jeff knows what he’s doing. I would definitely call Precision again.

Jeffrey did an outstanding job today on a newly-installed LiftMaster Door Opener at my residence. He texted me in the morning to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived (with a warm handshake and smile) he visually inspected my door and its hardware before touching anything. After his assessment, he outlined my options for openers and hardware. After I chose what I wanted, he went to work on the spot and completed everything within two hours. Before he left he gave me a thorough tutorial on the remotes and keypads and I was ready to go. You only have to be good at one specific thing to be successful. I found this company at 11pm, made an appointment on their website, and a tech was at my house at 10am the next morning. He walked me through my options then installed 2 new openers using the existing doors. He had all the stuff in his truck and was done with the whole job by 3pm. Amazing service.

Hands down the best home service company of any type. I wish all home service providers emulated Precision. The technician, Jeffrey B., was excellent; he was able to remedy the problem quickly and was not pushy in trying to sell new products.
