As a longtime customer,I knew who to call when my torsion springs failed on my garage door. Precision garage door, Thank you for sending Luis Rodriguez to the rescue. He is an employee who is an asset to your business. He took the time to fully explain the problem and give me options to fixing the issue. It is clear that he takes pride in his work, and knows his stuff! It is clear that I will be needing to replace the entire door soon, as it is a double wide wooden door which is on borrowed time. Precision garage is an awesome company. They do amazing work. They installed two garage doors openers, and all the hardware. The technician was amazing very clean very polite and knowledgeable. Also, the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Precision does it right! Our Precision garage door was installed many years ago, but we needed to get a new garage door opening system (of a company that is no longer in business). We were able to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion. Mike K., our technician, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. After the installation, he took the time to explain the system very thoroughly. We recommend Precision for all of your garage door needs.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Precision! My garage door broke on Saturday evening. I called and immediately got through to a rep, Anthony. I explained what happened, he gave me a quote, and then was scheduled for a Sunday appointment between 12 pm - 4 pm with Jeff, one of their technicians. On Sunday I was texted with regular updates on Jeff’s schedule. Jeff arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and fixed my garage door perfectly. The bill was exactly what I was quoted. Also, Jeff was friendly, courteous, and a complete professional. My garage door was fixed in less than 24 hours after I called Precision on a Saturday evening! I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service and repairs. Special shout out to Anthony and Jeff! John M.

The service was prompt, reliable, and professional. The technician discussed our options with us in a clear way and did the work efficiently. In addition to needing the spring replaced, we learned that our rollers and motor were also on their last legs. My only complaint is the cost of a new garage door motor but that is not on the technician. It just was a little bit of sticker shock. We have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and will turn to them for any future isssues.

Great guy (Mike K): valuable advises and consulting, showing all possible options to get the garage door up and running again, very transparent, result of the work certainly "sounds" great (not that noisy anymore when he garage opens), let's hope it is sustainable, but it looks like. He had to exchange a lot of the hardware.

The person who came over was terrific! My door stopped working last night and they were at my home by 10:A.M. the following morning. I had to replace two motors and he was able to replace them immediately. There were options that he gave me to choose from ranging in different prices. He fixed the doors in two hours and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are so upbeat and pleasant to work with.

Angel and the guys were great. I am a woodworker with a semi contracting background. The guys came in on time and the install was fantastic. Even when asked about door handle placement. I had a new door put in 2 yrs ago Julian did an excellent job and also synced my 2 cars. Yesterday 2 guys came to check safety lights and sync new car. Ended up putting new rubber bottom. Good job However wanted $254 to sync new car. RIDICULOUS. Ended up doing it myself
