Monica S's Bio:
Monica has almost two decades worth of experience in customer service and call center industry. One of her favorite aspects of being a CSR was spelling uncommon last names (fun fact). She is a mother of two, a son and a daughter, and is blessed to be part of a big family. In her spare time, she enjoys playing games on her PC and watching movies. All animals are beautiful, but cats are her favorite companion.
