My garage door opener wasn't working well and I googled a repair company and came across Precision. I am so glad I did. From the ease of booking my appointment online, to getting confirmation of my appointment, to getting updates on tracking of when technician was coming, it was all very easy and comforting. I picked them based on all the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. My technician Jeffrey B. was amazing. He explained all my options and gave me choices and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. He was so knowledgeable and kind and friendly. He did amazing work and now my garage door is running seamlessly. He went above and beyond and I already recommended him to someone I know who needs their garage door repaired. Thank you!

I was extremely happy with the prompt same day service. Gafur Ashurov was very knowledgeable about all the different parts that make the garage door work properly. Even though I had a new motor and belt installed this past January, all the other moving parts were 22 years old and needed replacement. Gafur was very patient with my 20+ questions. This is our second positive experience with Precision. I made an appointment on line. I received a text and email with a choice of dates and windows of time. Luis was very easy to work with. He explained what needed to be done and he had the part in his truck. I was given a quote and the work was completed that day.

The tech was supper amazing. He took his time to explain everything to me. At no time did he try to over sale nothing extra. At the end he showed me everything he did. The only problem was the key pad that did not want to work so he will need to send a tech tomorrow to be able to program the keypad.

I was very satisfied with Precision. The door spring snapped once I closed the garage door. I was very lucky because there was no safety cable and the spring and other parts could have flown about and caused damage to me and/or my car. . The technician installed new springs, cables, including safety cables, stronger parts that the cable slides on. The technician was polite and explained why he need to change the parts for everything to be safe.

Charlie was fantastic. He called in advance with an eta and was right on time. He surveyed the issues and explained the required repairs as well as the warranties. The installers Angel Mattias and Joe were total professionals they answered all my questions and concerns. They did an unbelievable job with my new garage door and after the installation they left my garage spotless. Angel was very detailed with the installation and made sure the door was installed to perfection which it was. The process from making the appt, to meeting with the salesperson, Michael Antonelli, who was also a pleasure doing business with, to the communication and installation was a total pleasure.
