Our garage door system needed a repair to a roller that came loose and dropped off. Joshua quickly diagnosed the needed action to replace and secure the roller. Joshua tightened all the other roller connections and other screws as well. In addition Joshua made an adjustment to the motor to return the closing settings to make a softer landing while preserving the secure fit with the floor. Joshua worked quickly, explained what he was doing and was very professional yet quite friendly. I think Joshua represents your company very well. Additionally we were very impressed with your overall approach to Customer Service. We were very comfortable with the level of communication you provided from start to finish. Being seniors, we felt we were treated with courtesy and appreciated being advised who would be arriving and when.

Joshua did a great job inspecting my opener (circa 2004), explaining the issue and replacing it with new. I will ask for him in the future. BTW, I live in Greenwich CT and that was not available on the list of cities so I used Banksville which borders Greenwich
