Our 30+ year old garage door motor finally died. Your technician, Gafur Ashurov, diagnosed the problem right away and showed us the options to replace it with a new unit. We chose the 1HP unit and in about an hour, he had it installed with new keypad, pushbutton, safety units. Set up the remote in my wife's car, showed us how everything works. Much quieter than old unit, couldn't be more pleased with the work. 3 years ago, you replaced the hardware, which has been working well since then.

Hands down the best home service company of any type. I wish all home service providers emulated Precision. They’re responsive, responsible, show up, are courteous, and execute while importantly standing by their products! We installed need doors 2 years ago and everyone from sales to the install were fantastic. Today we need the door serviced for slight tweaking/realignment and they executed flawlessly at no charge given their product and labor warranty. No hassle, just results. Special thanks to Gafur Ashurov who made the service call today.

Our garage door stopped working on a Friday. I was able to book an appointment for service through the Precision website for the next day, Saturday. Gafur showed up during the time window specified. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered me two repair options. Our door and hardware were 10 years old and heavily used. We decided to replace the springs, rollers, sensors and lift master unit. He had all of the necessary parts in his truck. He completed the work quickly, and programmed the new keypad and our cars so the homelink buttons would work. He took all of the old parts away. Given the timing, I did not shop around for price, but I was very happy with the service we received, especially getting the repair done on a Saturday. The new opener is much quieter than our old one and has a camera too. I would definitely recommend Precision for garage door needs.

I can’t say enough good things about Precision’s service and quick response to my problem. I wasn’t sure what to expect but they definitely exceeded any expectation I had. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was extremely responsive (issue diagnosed and keypad replacement completed within 3 hours from initial office call) reasonably priced (applied AAA and First Responder discounts) and friendly; Gafu was knowledgeable and professional, and very communicative throughout the repair. Gafur advised of and repaired a bearing/spring bracket being supported by only a half screw; highly recommend Precision and Gafur without any reservation.

I was extremely happy with the prompt same day service. Gafur Ashurov was very knowledgeable about all the different parts that make the garage door work properly. Even though I had a new motor and belt installed this past January, all the other moving parts were 22 years old and needed replacement. Gafur was very patient with my 20+ questions. Thank you again for your service.

The service was prompt, reliable, and professional. The technician discussed our options with us in a clear way and did the work efficiently. In addition to needing the spring replaced, we learned that our rollers and motor were also on their last legs. My only complaint is the cost of a new garage door motor but that is not on the technician. It just was a little bit of sticker shock. We have used Precision Garage Door Service in the past and will turn to them for any future isssues.
