Precision was easy to work with to set up an appointment and our technician Alex showed up promptly within the appointed window. Alex was great - he inspected the garage door and components, walked through the items that needed to be addressed, answered all our questions, and then put together multiple quotes that gave us the option as to the level of work we wanted done. After he completed the repairs he walked us through the completed work. We had an excellent experience with Precision and highly recommend them.

Had a seamless experience. Called in the am and same day had Alex out to replace all of the defective parts causing a loud noise and shaking when opening the door. Now it's opens perfectly quiet. Wish I'd called sooner!

My door went kaput at 7 pm last evening. I went to the web, saw the company had ability to respond 24/7. I called at 7:30 P.M. and booked an appointment for the next day! I was scheduled for noon to 4 but they called in the morning to see if they could arrive at 9:15 a.m. 30 minutes before he arrived I received a picture of the rep and his bio for better security. The service rep Kyle was awesome. He explained all the service options, for every part and the costs. He did not push any product but explained every pro and con of each item and allowed me to selected the best combinations for my needs and budget. He finished in 3 hours, and then helped set up the automatic wifi system on my iphone and my wife's. It could not have worked out better. Highly recommend their service.

Very happy with the work done by this form. Company sent a tech the day after I asked for help - they could have sent someone the same day. I was kept in the loop in terms of the arrival window. The technician listened to my concerns and came up with two proposals to address the problem. The price was fair. Two door sensors were replaced and the opener works fine.
