I am very happy. From the start, the website allowed me to configure two manual doors precisely as I desired. Michael arrived, measured, advised and quoted a price that was less than I feared. Installation occurred two weeks earlier than anticipated, an efficient, clean and professional job. The fit and finish is perfect. My only nitpick is that the two door locks are not keyed the same, a small detail but one I'll live with over the years. Again, I am extremely satisfied with the experience and the results, and glad I chose PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE.

Mike K was terrific! He kept me informed throughout the process, including calling me to let me know when he’d arrive at my house. Showed me what he would be looking at and how he’d diagnose the issue. He explained everything he found which suggested I would need a new unit sooner rather than later. He showed me options and never pressured me. Finally, he took the time to set up the app so I could open and close the door with my phone. Precision made it very easy to set up the appointment. This just might be the best company that I ever had the pleasure of dealing with in a long, long time! First of all, the company kept me updated as to the status of my appointment; I didn’t have to sit around all day waiting for the technician; both the company and he (Leonard) called me as he was on the way - and he was extremely prompt. And I didn’t have to worry about a scammer showing up; the company sent me Leonard’s photo along with a sweet bio. And I was so impressed with Leonard’s level of expertise; he resolved my immediate concern almost instantly. And, he alerted me as to a problem that will arise in the future, but put ZERO pressure on me to have his company resolve it now. In fact, he gave me helpful hints as to what I could do now to delay the problem from occurring; I was so impressed that he put my needs ahead of his company. It was such a pleasure dealing with such an honorable company; I will use them and only them, for any issues with my garages!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was extremely responsive (issue diagnosed and keypad replacement completed within 3 hours from initial office call) reasonably priced (applied AAA and First Responder discounts) and friendly; Gafu was knowledgeable and professional, and very communicative throughout the repair. Gafur advised of and repaired a bearing/spring bracket being supported by only a half screw; highly recommend Precision and Gafur without any reservation.
