I was forced to use Precision for a repair since they installed a door opener 2 years ago. They are very pricy as compared to other door companies. $299 for a break in fee and $800 for a new motor. Big rip off company!!!

Great experience with Precision. Lewis was professional and knowledgeable. I called thinking the motor needed service. Lewis said he can do the work but couldn’t guarantee the parts would work on a 20+ year old motor. We went through different options and costs on repairing the old motor or some new motors. I did not feel pressured at all but in the end I did buy a new motor. I kind of suspected that might happen due to the age of the existing one and several recent repairs. I think the price of the new motor with remotes, wall remote, key pad, and camera was reasonable. Lewis did a great job with the installation and showed me how it works (all of the special gadgets my old one didn’t have). Thanks Lewis.

Precision was easy to work with to set up an appointment and our technician Alex showed up promptly within the appointed window. Alex was great - he inspected the garage door and components, walked through the items that needed to be addressed, answered all our questions, and then put together multiple quotes that gave us the option as to the level of work we wanted done. After he completed the repairs he walked us through the completed work. We had an excellent experience with Precision and highly recommend them.

Had a seamless experience. Called in the am and same day had Alex out to replace all of the defective parts causing a loud noise and shaking when opening the door. Now it's opens perfectly quiet. Wish I'd called sooner!

Aleksei was awesome! My garage door had multiple issues which he was able to diagnose and resolve in less than an hour. This after a different company tried, on three different occasions, to fix the door but couldn’t. He also explained what was causing the problems and what I should look out for moving forward. We have experienced louder noises and inconsistent closures (not evenly on ground at closing). Tom, our tech guy, called to see if we could start the process earlier. He did a thorough investigation of equipment, and offered a variety of options to address the issues. Once the option was determined, completed the equipment repairs and replacement quickly and efficiently. He even help install the door opener into our car’s system replacing the need for remotes. Tom is friendly, efficient, informative, and patient when discussing a variety of approaches without a hard sell. Really easy to schedule appointment also. Strongly recommend!

My door went kaput at 7 pm last evening. I went to the web, saw the company had ability to respond 24/7. I called at 7:30 P.M. and booked an appointment for the next day! I was scheduled for noon to 4 but they called in the morning to see if they could arrive at 9:15 a.m. 30 minutes before he arrived I received a picture of the rep and his bio for better security. The service rep Kyle was awesome. He explained all the service options, for every part and the costs. He did not push any product but explained every pro and con of each item and allowed me to selected the best combinations for my needs and budget. He finished in 3 hours, and then helped set up the automatic wifi system on my iphone and my wife's. It could not have worked out better. Highly recommend their service.
