Technician arrived on time.Julian is a very personable young man. He took the time to explain what was wrong and also gave me several options for repair. He completed the job quickly and showed /tested the door to ensure it was working properly and to my satisfaction. Also impressed that I was contacted the day prior to visit to get more information on issue so Julian was well prepared wit materials . Highly recommend this company .

Precision technician Julian Villamor showed up on a Sunday afternoon to fix my broken and aging garage door. In short order, and with a friendly manner, he replaced the springs and motor, providing new remotes, and turned what had been a liability that creaking when it opened into an asset that barely whispers. It was literally a godsend, well worth the cost.

Very happy with the work done by this form. Company sent a tech the day after I asked for help - they could have sent someone the same day. I was kept in the loop in terms of the arrival window. The technician listened to my concerns and came up with two proposals to address the problem. The price was fair. Two door sensors were replaced and the opener works fine.

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was chosen because it was nearby to us. Very professional and courteous both on the phone and in person. Our car was trapped and service came right away, same day. Julian, our repair person, was both skilled and personable. The bill was so reasonable too. We would call them again if needed. Kyle our tech was amazing. I had backed into the door and thought for sure it would need to be replaced, but he repaired it to look almost as good as new so I didn’t have to buy a new one. Kyle was on time, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Any time I have an issue with my garage doors, I go directly to Precision - I wouldn’t consider using any other company!

I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your company. However, Kyle's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. I first became aware of Precision when one of their technicians came to repair a friend’s garage after it was flooded by storm Ida. I was very impressed with the service. So when I began having trouble with my garage, I immediately thought of them and called. I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technician, Kyle, was very thorough. He was also personable and patient. He explained exactly what was needed and why it was needed. There was no hard sell tactics. He came with a fully stocked van so he was able to make all the necessary repairs during the visit. I also would like to comment on their great customer service. Once you make the appointment, they confirm it in writing, by text and by email. The day of the appointment someone contacts you. When the technician is on his way, he will call you. They also send you a photo of the technician so you know who to expect. I wish more businesses were them.
