Joshua and his team were extremely courteous and professional. Gave me through explanations on the work I needed to do right away and what I could wait for some future work, which I thought were very helpful! For some small work I often just go through YouTube instructions and fix on my own, but for our garage door (which basically stopped working), I don’t know why I didn’t ask for help much earlier. When our garage door refused to open, we had no idea what the problem was, and we had no way to get in and find out. That's when we called Precision. They sent out Tino Bugallo to help first thing this morning. His first task was to figure out what had happened. He asked a number of questions, probed the door frame with his tools, tried to jimmy the door open...and finally succeeded. The hatchback on our Subaru had opened in the night, pinning the door in place. It was a pleasure to have Tino on the job. He was polite, attentive, clearly knew what he was doing and he quickly did it.

Best Experience I ever had with a company. Joey Resto was great. Called me in the morning and let me know the timeline (even offered to bring me coffee when he was on his way) Gave me three different options with different prices. He was extremely polite, and knowledgeable. Once I agreed to the one of the options the work was done immediately and job was completed in no time. I requested an estimate and Mike Ganning was my service technician. Mike arrived early, which was great. He was very courteous, professional and friendly.
