Your company is truly great. They replaced my garage door and it is excellent. Now I want a new piece of rubber along the bottom of the door to prevent water from entering into the garage. Needed to have my old (1995) Garage Door motor and parts replaced. The technician, Jeffrey Barrales was great! Courteous and very professional. Explained everything in detail. Thank you Precision Door Service for replacing the broken spring on my garage door. Your technician Leo was fantastic to work with, fast and explained everything. Leo also pointed out that our garage door cables, wheels and rollers needed to be replaced which we had serviced as well. Our garage door has never been this quiet! Joshua and his team were extremely courteous and professional. Gave me through explanations on the work I needed to do right away and what I could wait for some future work, which I thought were very helpful! For some small work I often just go through YouTube instructions and fix on my own, but for our garage door (which basically stopped working), I don’t know why I didn’t ask for help much earlier. Recently had Precision Doors install a new garage door and opener at my house. My consultation with Michael G was a great experience. He was professional and well informed about all products offered by Precision. Our door and opener were installed by Julian Z who also acted in a professional manner. He took all the proper precautions expected during this time of social distancing and still managed to completed the installation in a timely manner. Was very pleased with Precision. They were very efficient and pleasant to deal with from the call to the office to the technician - Richard Jones. We were unable to get into our garage open due to a broken cable. Unfortunately we had to break a window to get in for the repair We decided to go with the door rebuild package since our door was 20 years old but in good condition. Very happy with Precision and would recommend their service.
