Unfortunately we had to break a window to get in for the repair We decided to go with the door rebuild package since our door was 20 years old but in good condition. The technicians that came to my home to service my garage door were very professional, patient, pleasant individuals. My garage door was in need of repair and they took the time to explain what was damaged and what they would recommend be done. We had many years of wear and tear on our garage door opener and all its moving parts. The door was in good shape, but nothing else. My husband and I were given the time to decide whether we wanted to replace all moving parts and the motor or just the moving parts. We felt the information given to us was based on knowledge and experience. We decided to replace the motor along with all the moving parts and we are very pleased with the outcome. The work was done professionally and in a fair amount of time. Everything was explained to me before the technicians left my home. We are very happy with the new garage door opener and hope to have it in working order for years to come.
