Alex was born and raised in Yorktown Heights. He previously attended SUNY Albany where he studied Cyber Security. He grew up playing baseball and is a big Yankees fan. He also enjoys watching basketball and roots for the Knicks. In his free time, Alex likes to attend sporting events and stay active by playing basketball, going to the gym, hiking, golfing & fishing.

He quickly and efficiently removed the old opener and installed the new one that we had selected together with all the pushbutton devices. Alex was great. It started with an email from the company confirming the appointment and then sending a bio and picture of the repair person who would visit. While there was a 4 hour window, they called to let me know when they would actually arrive and you could even track the driver. Amazing service.
