Always great service. Called in the evening after our door lost some bolts, and service was delivered the next morning. Alex, the technician, was professional, comprehensive and friendly. This is a great company with an excellent crew of service professionals. Highly recommended!

Friends recommended Precision Garage Door to me, because they were very pleased with the service delivered by technician Jeffrey Barrales. Alex Berk, the tech who serviced my garage door, also did a great job. He assessed all parts of the door, which was installed about 15 years ago; explained his findings; and detailed and priced three different maintenance and repair options. I chose the option that made the most sense; Alex quickly did the work and reviewed it with me; and voila--now I have a garage door that operates smoothly and quietly. My experience with Precision was top notch. I'd be glad to use Precision in future.

Alex was such a professional. He evaluated our old garage door motors, and explained our options clearly and succinctly. Alex installed 2 new motors and updated all parts of the mechanisms so now we have a system that works well, and much more quietly. I highly recommend Alex and Precision.

Precision's service was excellent. Our old automatic garage door opener wasn't working. Precision's technician was able to quickly show us options for a new automatic garage door opener. He quickly and efficiently removed the old opener and installed the new one that we had selected together with all the pushbutton devices. He even reprogrammed our cars' garage door opener pushbuttons for us. We are very appreciative of Precision's efficient service.

Alex was great. It started with an email from the company confirming the appointment and then sending a bio and picture of the repair person who would visit. While there was a 4 hour window, they called to let me know when they would actually arrive and you could even track the driver. Amazing service. He explained the work to be done, worked to get a discount on something I was going to put off and completed the work right away. Overall it was a terrific experience. I highly recommend them to anyone. Larry Chappaqua, NY.
