We had a great experience with Precision. You responded quickly and were able to resolve the issue efficiently. The technician who came to our home, Mike Mirzobek, was very courteous and professional. He called ahead and gave me a heads-up before arriving and confirmed that I was available, which I really appreciated. He worked in an organized and thorough manner and made sure to address all the issues professionally. I originally found the company through a Facebook ad, which looked very professional. After that, I checked reviews and saw you have a strong rating on the BBB, which gave me additional peace of mind. Overall, very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend you.

Our garage door malfunctioned on Saturday evening. Precision was able to send a technician, Mirzobek (Mike) to our home on Sunday am. He arrived promptly, as promised. He was extremely helpful, efficient, personable and was able to repair our garage door in a fair amount of time. He answered all our questions and addressed any concerns we had. Mike is a true asset to Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. He made a great impression on us and we now consider ourselves new customers for life! We also were very impressed with the customer service follow up--lacking in so many businesses today. Thank you to all at Precision!!

Brendan arrived on time and only a few hours after I asked for an appointment. He diagnosed my problem, gave me three options for repair (good/better/best), and returned my garage door to working condition within a few hours. He was very competent and highly professional, and he took it upon himself to move my junk out of his way and put it back when he was finished, which I expected to have to do myself. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends.

Precision confirmed the appointment, and kept me updated with reminders about the time and date of the appointment. They sent me a photo and a short bio of the technician (Justin) who was coming, and Justin called when he was on his way. Justin was kind, professional, and came back the next day to help us connect our new garage door opener to our phones with myQ. David Goldstein is the epitome of professionalism. I have had the pleasure of welcoming David into my home in the past. He called today to let me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. One of my garage doors didn’t respond when I pressed the remote. David diagnosed the problem… a burned out motor. He reviewed my options with me in terms that were easy to understand. He replaced the motor. The new unit has a brighter light. He installed a new digital keypad inside and a keypad outside that uses a four digit code to open my garage door. He even gave me new updated remotes. I asked David about installing new garage doors. Once again, he reviewed all of my options on his notebook computer. He discussed, designs, materials, and costs. I’ve pretty much decided on white steel doors with windows. It’s nice to deal with a professional (David)and a company (Precision Garage Door Service)that treats me like a member of their family. “Hey David, thank you and I’ll see you soon.”

I wouldn't do business with any other company! We have called on Precision, 3 times now and every time, they have done a great job and are very kind. This time Jeffery B came to our home. I had just gotten a new car and could not sync my car to the garage door opener. Jeff did it in about 5 minutes! Not only that, he reset my other remote and gave me batteries. He looked over the garage door, told me what I could expect to replace in time and gave me quotes. NO hard selling. This is a fantastic company to do business with. If only they would expand into other areas like deck refinishing, window washing and painting...lol, all things I need done.:)
