I am very happy with the services I received from precision overhead garage door. They texted me the day before my appointment. On the day of service I received text messages on the status of the technician who was assigned to my job. I had the pleasure of being called by Luis Rodriguez before he came to my house, about a 20 minute ETA. I was impressed by Louis’s ability to examine his situation and explain to me what needs to be done. Luis completed the repair and I am very impressed by how well it worked! Better than you new! I needed my garage door opener fixed as it was stuck in an open position. I called my original company, who did not get back to me. I called Precision, and was able to schedule an appointment right away. Luis came within the promised time frame, and explained everything that I needed to have done, and explained my options. He worked very hard and with care. We are very happy with our door repair. In addition Luis as well as the representative who I spoke with was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.
