Thank you for the quick response, and consistent updates, the technician Nico was fast and efficient, he checked everything and due to the fact that this was a custom instillation with very tight space to work in he was phenomenal. Charlie was fantastic. He called in advance with an eta and was right on time. He surveyed the issues and explained the required repairs as well as the warranties. He completed the work efficiently and in a timely manner. Tested and lubricated all parts and cleaned up all debris. Charle was a pleasure to deal with. Additionally the office staff was great.

The technicians at Precision are always kind and respectful. I couldn't get my keypad to work after troubleshooting myself and Mike K., explained the issue and my options. Joshua was great. Was quick to explain the excessive noise was not the motor but door itself and recommended a full garage door rebuild. Was very pleasant to work with throughout the process, explained all the work that had been done / all the hardware that had been changed. Given the age of the motor (20+ years), I asked Joshua to also change this out. Again, very thorough is showing me the location of the back up battery on the unit, the button to reset the entry code; demonstrated that the sensors were working so the door would stop if it met an obstacle etc. I would recommend Joshua & Precision Doors. Thank you!

I want to begin by saying Precision was a total pleasure doing business with. My expectation were met beyond belief. The installers Angel Mattias and Joe were total professionals they answered all my questions and concerns. They did an unbelievable job with my new garage door and after the installation they left my garage spotless. Angel was very detailed with the installation and made sure the door was installed to perfection which it was. The process from making the appt, to meeting with the salesperson, Michael Antonelli, who was also a pleasure doing business with, to the communication and installation was a total pleasure. I will definitely recommend Precision to family and friends. AAA+++

Great guy (Mike K): valuable advises and consulting, showing all possible options to get the garage door up and running again, very transparent, result of the work certainly "sounds" great (not that noisy anymore when he garage opens), let's hope it is sustainable, but it looks like. He had to exchange a lot of the hardware.
