My door stopped working after one of the cables broke. Servicing team arrived the same day and made me impressed of their professionalism and clear explanations of what my options are. I choose the full repair service and instead of violently shaking door that was opening every other time I have now quiet well balanced door that works like a clock and can be opened with a finger if the power is out.
