We have had our new garage door opener for 2 days and are loving it. We are so happy that we choose Precision to do the installation, and we thought the technician who was on our job, Jesse, was wonderful. He kept me updated on his arrival time and is so knowledgeable about the work he does. We learned some new things from him about our garage door and garage doors in general. As new homeowners we really appreciate that he took the time to talk with us and to make sure we understood our options and needs. My door stopped working after one of the cables broke. Servicing team arrived the same day and made me impressed of their professionalism and clear explanations of what my options are. I choose the full repair service and instead of violently shaking door that was opening every other time I have now quiet well balanced door that works like a clock and can be opened with a finger if the power is out. Just wow! Wish all serviceman were like these guys. Two thumbs up!

Many firms tout their focus on customer service and most do not come close to meeting their claims. I am happy to say that Precision Garage Door Service is one of those rare exceptions; they more then matched their claims as well as exceeding my expectations. In this case repairing one malfunctioning garage door system and installing a new opener for the second system. Prior service companies were unable to resolve the problem issues. Francisco T, the service technician was courteous, on-time and experienced. He reviewed the problems, discussed various options and then professionally completed the work. I would recommend Francisco and Precision Door Service for anyone experiencing problems or seeking to upgrade their door system.

When one of my garage door springs broke I checked your web site reviews and found no complaints at all for technical services performed. When I called, a very pleasant lady took my call and scheduled service sooner than I expected. On the afternoon scheduled, Travis called in advance to say he would arrive around 4:00 pm and actually came a few minutes early! Travis was personable, professional, efficient and very responsive to my questions. The work of replacing both springs, including the installation of safety cables which had not existed, was accomplished for less than I had estimated, for the springs alone! I do not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone and feel they are, indeed, fortunate to have someone of Travis' ability and personality on their staff!
