What a fantastic and professional experience. I had 2 very old openers that had failed numerous times and were in need of replacement. My technician, Jeff Barrales, arrived a few minutes before our appointment time (a very pleasant surprise), he took the time to discuss my options and together we came up with a plan. He jumped right into it and replaced both openers, provided much needed maintenance for the doors and rollers, and completed everything 30 minutes earlier than originally estimated. He could not have been more professional or courteous, and his work was meticulously done. This is how you retain clients.

Unexpectedly the spring and cable snapped on one of our garage doors. I was able to schedule a service online quickly. Communication via email and text was frequent and helpful. David Goldstein is the epitome of professionalism. I have had the pleasure of welcoming David into my home in the past. He called today to let me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. One of my garage doors didn’t respond when I pressed the remote. David diagnosed the problem… a burned out motor. He reviewed my options with me in terms that were easy to understand. He replaced the motor. The new unit has a brighter light. He installed a new digital keypad inside and a keypad outside that uses a four digit code to open my garage door. He even gave me new updated remotes. I asked David about installing new garage doors. Once again, he reviewed all of my options on his notebook computer. He discussed, designs, materials, and costs. I’ve pretty much decided on white steel doors with windows. It’s nice to deal with a professional (David)and a company (Precision Garage Door Service)that treats me like a member of their family. “Hey David, thank you and I’ll see you soon.”

I wouldn't do business with any other company! We have called on Precision, 3 times now and every time, they have done a great job and are very kind. This time Jeffery B came to our home. I had just gotten a new car and could not sync my car to the garage door opener. Jeff did it in about 5 minutes! Not only that, he reset my other remote and gave me batteries. He looked over the garage door, told me what I could expect to replace in time and gave me quotes. NO hard selling. This is a fantastic company to do business with. If only they would expand into other areas like deck refinishing, window washing and painting...lol, all things I need done.:)
