Our garage door system needed a repair to a roller that came loose and dropped off. Joshua quickly diagnosed the needed action to replace and secure the roller. Joshua tightened all the other roller connections and other screws as well. In addition Joshua made an adjustment to the motor to return the closing settings to make a softer landing while preserving the secure fit with the floor. Joshua worked quickly, explained what he was doing and was very professional yet quite friendly. I think Joshua represents your company very well. Additionally we were very impressed with your overall approach to Customer Service. We were very comfortable with the level of communication you provided from start to finish. Being seniors, we felt we were treated with courtesy and appreciated being advised who would be arriving and when.

Alex was such a professional. He evaluated our old garage door motors, and explained our options clearly and succinctly. Alex installed 2 new motors and updated all parts of the mechanisms so now we have a system that works well, and much more quietly. I highly recommend Alex and Precision.

I have been a Precision Garage Door Service customer for many years. Representatives like David Goldstein are the reason I will continue to be a loyal customer. David was punctual and courteous. Most of all, he was professional. He explained what I needed for today's garage door tune up. He kept me updated throughout the process. Additionally, David made suggestions regarding replacement doors. He left brochures for me to review. I definitely will buy my replacement doors from Precision Garage Door Service very soon.
