Jeffrey Barrales was the technician who came to address my garage door that continually let in frigid air. His work was superb and he designed a better solution than I was thinking of and it worked perfectly. In addition to replacing hinges with heavier ones that would not allow the closed door to move even in high wind gusts, he also replaced all rollers and replaced the ancient lift motor that was over 20 years old. He completed all of this very quickly and the temperature in the garage immediately increased. That is helping also to keep our condo warmer since the garage is at one end of it. Every time I have used Precision Garage Door I am more impressed with the quality of their work. Jeff was able to immediately understand the problem and come up with a creative solution to it. This is a terrific company with reliable, talented and highly skilled technicians. Their pricing was clear and reasonable for the five options presented to me. Another excellent experience with Precision Garage Door!

Although I have had my garage door repaired by others in the past, I decided to go with Precision Garage Door after reading a lot of 4 and 5-star reviews from many satisfied customers! I was very impressed with the fantastic service provided by Precision Garage Door! From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. I liked the convenience and simplicity of scheduling my appointment online. Once the appointment was set, the communication and follow-up from customer service was outstanding. Even though there was a 4-hour window for the appointment, Precision provided communication and tracking of the technician's status for arrival in real time, which I really appreciated. The technician (Luis Rodriguez) was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He provided me multiple options for me to consider for addressing both the necessary (replace broken springs) and recommended (other door hardware replacement) repairs. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges in the pricing of the options; everything was upfront and fair. Luis' answers to all my questions on the options put me at ease to decide the most cost-effective option which included having the recommended repairs also done. The parts and materials used in the repairs were top-notch, and Luis' workmanship was exceptional and efficient. The garage door hasn't operated this well in years! With Precision providing a 5-year warranty on parts and a 1-year warranty on labor/workmanship, I feel confident that I made the right choice and received the best possible care for my garage door.

Great service. They were available to come the next day and gave a 4-hour window for the appointment, but then kept us closely updated about what time the technician would arrive and, when he did, the service was provided promptly, courteously and keeping us in the loop about what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost which, on the whole, was reasonable for the services provided.

I responded to a circular I received in the mail and was happy I did. I left a message over the weekend and received a call first thing Monday morning. The caller was a cheerful person who seemed like she wanted to make sure all went well. It did. Ryan came out for the estimate a was knowledgeable. Importantly, I did not feel like he was ever trying to up-sell me either for new motors or more expensive doors. He did explain the difference so I could make an informed decision. When the installers came, they were efficient, neat and all-business. The doors look great and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.
