Luis Rodriguez was the technician that helped me. He was professional, courteous and above all knowledgeable. He explained both verbally and visually why my pulleys needed to be replaced and how their current state was effecting my garage door. He was excellent and I would recommend Precision but especially him to others going forward.

Precision garage door service did an excellent job for me today. Lewis Rodriguez was my technician who was polite, efficient, and thorough. They installed a new motor with sensors and it’s pretty quiet sounding. i’m very happy with the results and will always use precision for any future service.

David Goldstein is the epitome of professionalism. I have had the pleasure of welcoming David into my home in the past. He called today to let me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. One of my garage doors didn’t respond when I pressed the remote. David diagnosed the problem… a burned out motor. He reviewed my options with me in terms that were easy to understand. He replaced the motor. The new unit has a brighter light. He installed a new digital keypad inside and a keypad outside that uses a four digit code to open my garage door. He even gave me new updated remotes. I asked David about installing new garage doors. Once again, he reviewed all of my options on his notebook computer. He discussed, designs, materials, and costs. I’ve pretty much decided on white steel doors with windows. It’s nice to deal with a professional (David)and a company (Precision Garage Door Service)that treats me like a member of their family. “Hey David, thank you and I’ll see you soon.”

I wouldn't do business with any other company! We have called on Precision, 3 times now and every time, they have done a great job and are very kind. This time Jeffery B came to our home. I had just gotten a new car and could not sync my car to the garage door opener. Jeff did it in about 5 minutes! Not only that, he reset my other remote and gave me batteries. He looked over the garage door, told me what I could expect to replace in time and gave me quotes. NO hard selling. This is a fantastic company to do business with. If only they would expand into other areas like deck refinishing, window washing and painting...lol, all things I need done.:)

Jeffrey Barrales was the technician who came to address my garage door that continually let in frigid air. His work was superb and he designed a better solution than I was thinking of and it worked perfectly. In addition to replacing hinges with heavier ones that would not allow the closed door to move even in high wind gusts, he also replaced all rollers and replaced the ancient lift motor that was over 20 years old. He completed all of this very quickly and the temperature in the garage immediately increased. That is helping also to keep our condo warmer since the garage is at one end of it. Every time I have used Precision Garage Door I am more impressed with the quality of their work. Jeff was able to immediately understand the problem and come up with a creative solution to it. This is a terrific company with reliable, talented and highly skilled technicians. Their pricing was clear and reasonable for the five options presented to me. Another excellent experience with Precision Garage Door!

Although I have had my garage door repaired by others in the past, I decided to go with Precision Garage Door after reading a lot of 4 and 5-star reviews from many satisfied customers! I was very impressed with the fantastic service provided by Precision Garage Door! From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail exceeded all my expectations. I liked the convenience and simplicity of scheduling my appointment online. Once the appointment was set, the communication and follow-up from customer service was outstanding. Even though there was a 4-hour window for the appointment, Precision provided communication and tracking of the technician's status for arrival in real time, which I really appreciated. The technician (Luis Rodriguez) was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He provided me multiple options for me to consider for addressing both the necessary (replace broken springs) and recommended (other door hardware replacement) repairs. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges in the pricing of the options; everything was upfront and fair. Luis' answers to all my questions on the options put me at ease to decide the most cost-effective option which included having the recommended repairs also done. The parts and materials used in the repairs were top-notch, and Luis' workmanship was exceptional and efficient. The garage door hasn't operated this well in years! With Precision providing a 5-year warranty on parts and a 1-year warranty on labor/workmanship, I feel confident that I made the right choice and received the best possible care for my garage door.

Great service. They were available to come the next day and gave a 4-hour window for the appointment, but then kept us closely updated about what time the technician would arrive and, when he did, the service was provided promptly, courteously and keeping us in the loop about what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost which, on the whole, was reasonable for the services provided.

I responded to a circular I received in the mail and was happy I did. I left a message over the weekend and received a call first thing Monday morning. The caller was a cheerful person who seemed like she wanted to make sure all went well. It did. Ryan came out for the estimate a was knowledgeable. Importantly, I did not feel like he was ever trying to up-sell me either for new motors or more expensive doors. He did explain the difference so I could make an informed decision. When the installers came, they were efficient, neat and all-business. The doors look great and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.
