Because of broken springs, my garage door would not open. A young man named Alexei came out this afternoon. He did beautiful, careful work, first explaining the problem to me. He not only carefully replaced the springs, but checked the entire door and its mechanism. He demonstrated a safety feature on the door opening system, something I had not known about, and before he left, gave me important maintenance tips as well. I felt reassured knowing that if the door ever gave me further trouble in years down the line, I would know what company to call. Very fine work, done carefully and knowledgeably .

Very reliable and bit pricey. $500 last visit It's initially $69.99 to just come to your home, then I had a code pad changed which was $89.95 then I had some refurbishing done on an old garage door to run smoother that was $86.00 then an additional garage door opener for the car is $50.00 so it all adds up. I have to say they are very sufficient and come when they're supposed too and do the work. They have everything on the truck and there quick. None of having to order parts and come back another time. not a lot of chatting and wasting time, which I like. Technician is respectful and knowledgeable.

In your advertising, I was impressed that you "can fix it today!---and you did! I had a new garage door opener installed. I was especially impressed by the young man (Travis) who installed the new opener. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and I felt I could trust what he said. Travis the technician called me the morning of the appointment and stated he could be there early if that was OK with me. Once I recovered from the shock of someone actually being EARLY for a service call, I gladly accepted. We got two coupons for basic garage door service for the doors of our new house. As expected, the 23 year old garage doors were in need of much more than simple service and went beyond the scope of the coupon. This was not a surprise, and Travis explained everything to our satisfaction and promptly performed the work. Now the garage doors are as good as new. Precision Overhead Doors was a pleasure to deal with and Travis was an exceptional service technician. Hopefully we don't need garage door work again anytime soon but if we do, we will call Precision. Thank you!

I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace a bottom door seal. Jesse Peligri was the technician for my job. He called and arrived early and quickly assessed my situation. He was friendly, very knowledgable and honest and clearly explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to make the best decision. (I chose to change the springs and cables and lubricate everything in addition to the bottom seal replacement.). After seeing that the bottom track was damaged by all the winter salt they use here, Jesse explained that he would probably have to special order the part needed for the bottom door seal. After he checked his truck, he found the exact part in the correct size for my door!!! After cutting it to size, he then installed the new track and bottom seal in under a minute! Jesse is a superb technician and came with all the supplies to do whatever was needed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door without reservation. Their efficiency, fair pricing and excellent communication make it very easy to get done exactly what you want.
