I called Precision for repair of worn out springs. It would stop half way going up. Precision sent Jeffery to do the repair. Jeffery was very friendly and honest. He changed out the springs and did some adjustments. Now the door works like new. Jeff knows what he’s doing. I would definitely call Precision again.

I wouldn't do business with any other company! We have called on Precision, 3 times now and every time, they have done a great job and are very kind. This time Jeffery B came to our home. I had just gotten a new car and could not sync my car to the garage door opener. Jeff did it in about 5 minutes! Not only that, he reset my other remote and gave me batteries. He looked over the garage door, told me what I could expect to replace in time and gave me quotes. NO hard selling. This is a fantastic company to do business with. If only they would expand into other areas like deck refinishing, window washing and painting...lol, all things I need done.:)

Jeffrey Barrales was the technician who came to address my garage door that continually let in frigid air. His work was superb and he designed a better solution than I was thinking of and it worked perfectly. In addition to replacing hinges with heavier ones that would not allow the closed door to move even in high wind gusts, he also replaced all rollers and replaced the ancient lift motor that was over 20 years old. He completed all of this very quickly and the temperature in the garage immediately increased. That is helping also to keep our condo warmer since the garage is at one end of it. Every time I have used Precision Garage Door I am more impressed with the quality of their work. Jeff was able to immediately understand the problem and come up with a creative solution to it. This is a terrific company with reliable, talented and highly skilled technicians. Their pricing was clear and reasonable for the five options presented to me. Another excellent experience with Precision Garage Door!

I chose the option that made the most sense; Alex quickly did the work and reviewed it with me; and voila--now I have a garage door that operates smoothly and quietly. I called Precision Garage Door Service to replace a bottom door seal. Jesse Peligri was the technician for my job. He called and arrived early and quickly assessed my situation. He was friendly, very knowledgable and honest and clearly explained everything in a way that made it easy for me to make the best decision. (I chose to change the springs and cables and lubricate everything in addition to the bottom seal replacement.). After seeing that the bottom track was damaged by all the winter salt they use here, Jesse explained that he would probably have to special order the part needed for the bottom door seal. After he checked his truck, he found the exact part in the correct size for my door!!! After cutting it to size, he then installed the new track and bottom seal in under a minute! Jesse is a superb technician and came with all the supplies to do whatever was needed. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door without reservation. Their efficiency, fair pricing and excellent communication make it very easy to get done exactly what you want.

Because of broken springs, my garage door would not open. A young man named Alexei came out this afternoon. He did beautiful, careful work, first explaining the problem to me. He not only carefully replaced the springs, but checked the entire door and its mechanism. He demonstrated a safety feature on the door opening system, something I had not known about, and before he left, gave me important maintenance tips as well. I felt reassured knowing that if the door ever gave me further trouble in years down the line, I would know what company to call. Very fine work, done carefully and knowledgeably .
