In an environment where it's nearly impossible to get good service, Precision defies that trend and delivers! Precision follows up with reminder communications, let us know when the technician would be 20-30 minutes away so that we would be ready, and let us know when he arrived. The technician said that he would evaluate our garage door and springs and provide an estimate of our various options. We chose to upgrade our inexpensive spring that came with our new home with a better spring. We also chose to upgrade the door and track rollers as well. The work was timely completed and there is a major improvement to how the door functions. It's lighter with the heavier spring in the event the door must be opened by hand and the door rollers are much quieter and smoother during the opening and closing phases. We highly recommend Precision Door.

What a fantastic and professional experience. I had 2 very old openers that had failed numerous times and were in need of replacement. My technician, Jeff Barrales, arrived a few minutes before our appointment time (a very pleasant surprise), he took the time to discuss my options and together we came up with a plan. He jumped right into it and replaced both openers, provided much needed maintenance for the doors and rollers, and completed everything 30 minutes earlier than originally estimated. He could not have been more professional or courteous, and his work was meticulously done. This is how you retain clients.

Alex was great. It started with an email from the company confirming the appointment and then sending a bio and picture of the repair person who would visit. While there was a 4 hour window, they called to let me know when they would actually arrive and you could even track the driver. Amazing service. He explained the work to be done, worked to get a discount on something I was going to put off and completed the work right away. Overall it was a terrific experience. Matt was great, not only personable but very thorough. He explained all the options and costs in the estimates so that I could make an informed decision. He estimated an hour to do the work but because of the rotted wood on the door it took him 2 hours, but he didn't change the agreed estimate. I highly recommend Precision.

Booking was handled politely and immediately by an operator upon calling Precision. An email was sent confirming the appointment . There was no waiting for someone to call back or not respond at all. Jacob B was a very professional and courteous technician . He replaced a broken motor on one of our doors; explained the features of the new apparatus and programmed the remotes/keypad for me.
