Booking was handled politely and immediately by an operator upon calling Precision. An email was sent confirming the appointment . There was no waiting for someone to call back or not respond at all. Jacob B was a very professional and courteous technician . He replaced a broken motor on one of our doors; explained the features of the new apparatus and programmed the remotes/keypad for me. I have confidence that the install is sound.

When he arrived, he reviewed the problem, gave me a proposed solution and estimate, looked at other potential problems, corrected the main problem, 'tuned-up' the door's operation at no cost, and was finished in 30 minutes. Precision was fantastic! They scheduled a same-day appointment for us and were very flexible on time. The technician immediately diagnosed our problem and fixed it quickly. While he was at it, he gave our whole system a tune-up and even straightened out a bent track that he said could cause problems in the future. We were very pleased, and the services were very reasonably priced!
