Travis is very nice and knowledgeable. He has been here before. My door is only 2 years old and there was a problem with the remote and the key pad. It was not getting the signal even though it had new batteries in remote and keypad. I was disappointed that something happened like this when it is so new. Bill was $XXX.00. He is not sure that it is fixed. A new wire was brought to the outside.

I had multiple problems with my garage door (broken spring, broken hinge, missing weather stripping, worn cables). Tito explained everything to me that needed to be repaired in a concise and comprehensive manner. He laid out my payment options, explained your company policies on warranty for the parts as well as a new motor. Anyway, he fixed the door in a couple of hours. The guy is a pro and represents your company very well. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks.

my problem was a broken cable whch disabled one of my bays. Additionally I knew the doors were becoming rickety and loud. I called from an inernet search using Google and was attracted by the promise of quick response, comprehensive service and local operator. The tech was early, honest, informative, professional and fast. He gave me his best advice as well as an option for an expedient or a comrehensive solution. I took his advice and swapped out all of the mechanical components. I may well do the other two bays based on his advice. Well done. Bob

Precision was fantastic! They scheduled a same-day appointment for us and were very flexible on time. The technician immediately diagnosed our problem and fixed it quickly. While he was at it, he gave our whole system a tune-up and even straightened out a bent track that he said could cause problems in the future. We were very pleased, and the services were very reasonably priced!
