We are extremely grateful to Leonardo from Precision for the excellent service he gave us. In addition to being very pleasant and polite, he was obviously knowledgeable, diagnosed the problems accurately, answered all our questions and outlined the various alternatives very clearly. He priced each one specifically with no mumbo jumbo and so enabled us to make the best decision. He did all the work neatly and left everything cleaner than before he arrived, and observed every possible Covid. We can very strongly recommend Precision.

Francisco deserves a 5 star rating. He was very professional. Very good in his communication. He was quickly able to determine the problem. He was also very thorough. Not only did he fix the issue with the door not closing (the reason for my call) but also noticed the door was not sealing properly when closed and made some adjustments/recommendations there. If I need service again, I would ask for Francisco to be the service person.

leo, the technician, was very efficient and helpful, working like a detective to find an elusive problem (an animal chewed up a connecting wire for a sensor in the most precarious and hard to find place) and saved me some money by NOT replacing previously suspected sensors. thank you, leo, for great work and attitude. and that's the reason for FIVE star rating.

Wonderful experience. Very fast, same day response time. We just moved to the area and all three garage doors required service, new remotes, three cars needed to be programmed and the sensors on each of the doors needed to be adjusted. We have three children and the sensors are extremely important! Very pleased with Precision!

I was moving to another state and my house was about to go on the market. frazzled is an understatement!!!! The garage door had been broken since one of the winter storms. What to do? I read about how great Precision was and called. They were unbelievably good and honest. Could have taken me to the cleaners but the charge was minimal. Clearly a 5 star rating!!!

My first call was answered by a person, not a machine and a very professional employee came to repair my very old garage door. As I thought, it could not be repaired and he gave me a quote for a replacement. I accepted the quote and an order was placed. Shortly thereafter, I received a call back from another company I had called. (My call had been answered by a machine) Needless to say, he did not get our business.
