I was moving to another state and my house was about to go on the market. frazzled is an understatement!!!! The garage door had been broken since one of the winter storms. What to do? I read about how great Precision was and called. They were unbelievably good and honest. Could have taken me to the cleaners but the charge was minimal. Clearly a 5 star rating!!!

5 Stars. The web site was great. No extra charge for weekends meant I didn't have to take time off from work. Background checks was a real plus and Brian was great. Fast, friendly and knew what he was doing. Broken coil.

My first call was answered by a person, not a machine and a very professional employee came to repair my very old garage door. As I thought, it could not be repaired and he gave me a quote for a replacement. I accepted the quote and an order was placed. Shortly thereafter, I received a call back from another company I had called. (My call had been answered by a machine) Needless to say, he did not get our business. Every employee has been courteous, timely and professional. Thank you.

I chose Precision for our garage door repair from an advertisement I had received. Our garage door key pad broke and I tried replacing it myself with no success. Travis was very knowledgable and had the keypad working in no time. Travis was on time, polite, nice and knowledgable in his service. I just wish I had called sooner.

Frankly I was desperate for help with my garage door. It was stuck in an open position, and I am a single woman, living alone in the suburbs. The thought of that door being left open with all those nighttime critters coming in was frightening. It was a weekend too, so I used the yellow pages and looked for a good advertisement. Precision's caught my eye. They were prompt, courteous, and I am glad that I used Precision. I have a 5 year warranty, and I have had them back twice for small problems which were covered under that. Each time I congratulate myself for choosing Precision.
