Luis was spectacular in every way! A solid, caring man with tremendous expertise, he diagnosed our problems and fixed them to perfection. We enjoyed chatting with him, learning about our doors and the way he proceeded with passion and focus. He is one of a kind, and we feel lucky to have him as our technician. Thank you so much for our wonderful experience!

Great service. They were available to come the next day and gave a 4-hour window for the appointment, but then kept us closely updated about what time the technician would arrive and, when he did, the service was provided promptly, courteously and keeping us in the loop about what he was going to do and how much it was going to cost which, on the whole, was reasonable for the services provided.

Great service from initial phone call through the sales process and installation. And I love my new garage door. Great home improvement companies are hard to come by. A little technology, training and dedication to providing great products and service go a long way. This company nailed it!

I used Precision three years ago to replace an older opener and was very pleased. Today, I called today to replace my other garage door opener. The service, punctuality, and professional experience by the technician, Alex Berk, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and able to correct some existing problems with the older opener. Despite my surprise at the price increase since three years ago, I was able to get a more reasonable quote. Both doors run perfectly, smoothly, and quietly. Thanks, Alex!!!

We could not be more pleased with the install of 3 new, updated garage door openers. The service technician, Aleksei Coss was thoroughly professional. Not only did he explain every detail before and after our purchase with patience and clarity, but his workmanship was impeccable...with attention and pride in every detail. His work was done with conscientiousness and thoroughness rarely seen today.

A good friend of mine recommended Precision to fix my garage door. I called the company and Mike Gannon promptly returned my call and then came to my home to inspect the problem. He assured me Precision would be able to fix it. I had an unusual problem and he told me that Julian Zivan, the installer, would know what to do. They were both at my home today and yes, my garage door is working!

I have used Precision for years -- and always able to give an honest 5-star review. Julian Villamor came -- and, as all others, was perfect! Cannot imagine what someone would/could complain about. Super on all counts. Thank you for being a terrific company!

It is our pleasure to leave a review of your fantastic team. Jesse helped us select our new garage doors and then along with Reinaldo and their assistant, did a great installation job. Jesse also installed a new opener at the same time. They were all courteous, friendly and professional. We have dealt with Jesse before and cannot say enough great things about him. 5 star rating all around.

Michael Ganning serviced our garage door opener this morning and was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The garage door track was catching the rollers and squeaking. He clearly explained the causes and how it would be repaired. Michael was very professional and worked cleanly and efficiently. Thank you for all of your help! Sincerely, The Rosens

My garage door openers were originally installed in 1999, and one gave out yesterday. I sent an email late at night last night via this Web site, and their response was immediate the next morning. They described my options over the phone, provided fee estimate, and I agreed to have them send their technician out, which surprising was same day. Brian was prompt, curteous, responsive, informative and pleasant to work with. He walked me through the issues that gave cause to my problem and carefully described my options. I had old springs that had given out, and they were no longer supporting my garage doors, which created excessive weight for the motor. My other two garage doors were showing signs of stress. We replaced Springs on two doors and installed a new belt driven opener. I was quite impressed to hear how quiet it was compared to my older motors. The package came with two key remotes, a wall remote with security code, and the wall-mount buttons to operate from indoors. Brian had all of this work completed in about two hours and even programmed my car with the built-in garage remote. Afterwards, he described in detail its operation. I felt the fee was reasonable and of good value. I would recommend this company for your garage door problems. I had no idea such a company even existed, but now I realize why a company with a dedicated focus in this area is an advantage worth pursuing.

I called Precision at 9:30 a.m. because my garage door bolts broke as I opened the door. I was given an immediate appointment. By 12 noon Travis arrived and determined the problem. He noticed that my other garage door bolts were also loose. Our very old springs needed to be replaced so that our heavy doors could operate properly again. The bolt problems on both doors were also resolved. Travis was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure dealing with Precision again!

My name is Ted Childs and am a Pound Ridge resident. The Technician that came to my home today was Travis. Immediate diagnosis, very personable, competent and fast. My prior Technician was Darren O'Dell. Thought the world of him, but if he is no longer available, Travis is a superb replacement.
