During the repair of the "broken" side, a problem was created on the good side. Rick spent a lot of time figuring out the issue and making everything perfect before he left. He was professional and explained the problems and different options. Would definitely recommend. A little pricey but hopefully worth it.

Just a note to say that I am very pleased with the new garage doors installed last week. Its been a pleasure dealing with Precision Door. Kudos to Glenn - for advising on the right product and getting a job scheduled so quickly, to Sam - for a beautiful installation and clean-up, and to Theresa - for calling to let me know of a cancellation which allowed the installation to occur one day sooner. Very professional team (Dennis and Brian)came to my home promptly for a repair appointment. Friendly, and knowledgable. Performed installation of new garage door opener within an hour and also provided useful advice to make my garage safer(added safety cables on springs to eliminate a potential hazard). Very satisfied with the service.
