Unexpectedly the spring and cable snapped on one of our garage doors. I was able to schedule a service online quickly. Communication via email and text was frequent and helpful. David Goldstein is the epitome of professionalism. I have had the pleasure of welcoming David into my home in the past. He called today to let me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. One of my garage doors didn’t respond when I pressed the remote. David diagnosed the problem… a burned out motor. He reviewed my options with me in terms that were easy to understand. He replaced the motor. The new unit has a brighter light. He installed a new digital keypad inside and a keypad outside that uses a four digit code to open my garage door. He even gave me new updated remotes. I asked David about installing new garage doors. Once again, he reviewed all of my options on his notebook computer. He discussed, designs, materials, and costs. I’ve pretty much decided on white steel doors with windows. It’s nice to deal with a professional (David)and a company (Precision Garage Door Service)that treats me like a member of their family. “Hey David, thank you and I’ll see you soon.”

I have been a Precision Garage Door Service customer for many years. Representatives like David Goldstein are the reason I will continue to be a loyal customer. David was punctual and courteous. Most of all, he was professional. He explained what I needed for today's garage door tune up. He kept me updated throughout the process. Additionally, David made suggestions regarding replacement doors. He left brochures for me to review. I definitely will buy my replacement doors from Precision Garage Door Service very soon. I am incredibly happy with the new openers I have had installed. Jesse P is a great tech, knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. He had repaired my door springs last year and did a great job then. This is my third time working with him. A good thing to know he cleaned up all of the old equipment and packaging. Would strongly recommend.

Great experience with Precision. They came on a weekend which was very convenient, and did same day service replacing springs and a door opener. Prices are clearly higher than doing it yourself, but it was great to have a pro who knew what he was doing. Great service.

Wow! What an excellent customer service experience! I submitted my request via the website and within 15 minutes received a call to schedule the appointment. Shortly thereafter I got a confirmation email and a call from Darren stating he was on route and would arrive in 15 minutes. About an hour later everything was fixed. In less than 3 hours from my first contact the garage door was fixed. BTW Darren was great! Very professional and explained everything to me.

My husband was very impressed with Leo. He called ahead of time to see if it was ok to come over earlier than originally planned. He was polite, professional and did the job quickly. Would definitely recommend "Precision" for any repair job. They gave us an appointment for the day after we called. Another company couldn't "fit us in" for 1 month and the original installers made an appointment and never showed up or call!

Your same day service far excelled another company who had missed eight scheduled appointments.
