Had a garage door spring snap on us during a bitterly cold period during a holiday weekend. I called in the morning and was delighted that we were able to get a technician out the same day. Our technician Julian arrived during the early part of our time window, and was friendly and professional. He clearly laid out our options and explained the work that was to be completed. All in all, I couldn't be happier. Perhaps things were a touch pricey, but you get what you pay for -- and in this case, high quality and service.

We had a fantastic experience with Precision Door Service. Our garage door opener unexpectedly broke on Tuesday and we had an appointment the next business day. Michael G called right before his previous job and gave an arrival estimate. He arrived right on time and gave me a courteous and thorough explanation of the problem as well as the steps he advised taking to address the problem.
