Jeffrey did an outstanding job today on a newly-installed LiftMaster Door Opener at my residence. He texted me in the morning to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived (with a warm handshake and smile) he visually inspected my door and its hardware before touching anything. After his assessment, he outlined my options for openers and hardware. After I chose what I wanted, he went to work on the spot and completed everything within two hours. Before he left he gave me a thorough tutorial on the remotes and keypads and I was ready to go. I purchased two 8550W systems just about 2 years ago and that was an excellent install. Now suddenly one of my doors stops working. Call to Prescision gets a quick appt. Jacob, the Technician calls ahead and arrives on time. He is totally professional, thorough, knowledgeable and explains everything to me in an easy to comprehend manner. After his diagnostics, he informed me it would be a warranty repair. After the repair he then does a complete inspection. Clean, quick and super-polite... what more can you ask from a company that stands 100% behind their products. You may pay less elsewhere in the short-term but Precision is worth every penny in the long-term
