Darren resolved the emergency and gave us excellent advice. Glenn Gualtieri spent considerable time with us in helping us select the appropriate new doors and openers, and arrived after installation to check and answer questions. The technicians who removed the old doors and installed the new ones removed all debris, explained the functioning, and made sure everything was in working order. I was very pleased with the service. The problem was analyzed to find the root of the problem before initiating a repair. This step will prevent a future recurrence of the problem. Then a technician replaced the parts responsible for the initial failure and then replaced the part that was damaged. The service personnel were polite and efficient. I can highly recommend this service.
