From the initial phone call I made, I was treated with respect and understanding by Elaine ( I think that was her name). She knew I was upset, unable to get my garage door opened. She secured an appointment within a few hours to have a repairman. Daniel called me to let me know he was only 20 minutes away. He was polite and very respectable. He assured me my problem would be resolved. He was very professional and courteous and I was delighted. (He also took his shoes off while in my house) Impressive, a real gentleman.
