Thank you Precision. My garage door stopped working Saturday night and I called the 24 hour number. Matt was here Sunday morning and knew exactly what to do. The springs had snapped and he fixed the door better than new. He was informed and courteous and I will definitely request him if I Ever need service. Thank you Matt and Precision!

Matt was great, not only personable but very thorough. He explained all the options and costs in the estimates so that I could make an informed decision. He estimated an hour to do the work but because of the rotted wood on the door it took him 2 hours, but he didn't change the agreed estimate. I highly recommend Precision.

I made an appointment by phone and received texts confirming the appointment. Matt came and installed a push-button garage door opener and re-programmed my remotes. He was friendly, efficient, knowledgable, and informative. I would definitely use them again if I have a problem with my garage doors.

We called Precision at 7:00am in the morning and by Noon that same day a tech was present to inspect/repair our garage. Leonardo R. called twice to keep us informed on his arrival time. Leonardo arrived at the time promised, inspected our damaged garage, provided multiple options for repair and was professional throughout. Great experience and will recommend.

The response from Precision doors was great! The were able to dispatch a repair technician with a day of me reporting the door failure. Jesse was great, friendly, extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond the call of duty. After diagnosing the cause of the broken door and best method for fixing it, he also proceeded to change out the light bulbs, lubricate the rollers and track (which made a huge difference), and even help me program the door opener key pads. Thanks to him I had to provide 5 stars. There was one aspect that left me unhappy. He reinforced both doors with a Gosh Bracket to avoid future failures. Those brackets cost $85 each. I paid $170 for both doors. Lowes sells the same bracket for $15.98. Why such an extreme mark up on the material price???

Because of broken springs, my garage door would not open. A young man named Alexei came out this afternoon. He did beautiful, careful work, first explaining the problem to me. He not only carefully replaced the springs, but checked the entire door and its mechanism. He demonstrated a safety feature on the door opening system, something I had not known about, and before he left, gave me important maintenance tips as well. I felt reassured knowing that if the door ever gave me further trouble in years down the line, I would know what company to call. Very fine work, done carefully and knowledgeably .

The response in getting someone to our home was amazing and very timely. Within 24 hours a repair technician was at our home. He contacted us prior to his arrival and clearly kept us up to date as to his estimated time he would actually arrive. He was quick in completing the repair and cleaned up at the completion of the work performed. He was also very polite. That said, hecreplaced one broken spring and one working spring. He also replaced the broken operating cable associated with the broken spring Our only complaint was the exorbitant fee charged to perform less than 40 minutes of work. For the price quoted we opted to replace only the four rollers which he indicated needed replacement. The charge he technician quoted to replace the additional 6 original rollers was approximately $250.00 more. After speaking to our neighbors they all agreed that the proposed pricing for the replacement of all the rollers was ridiculous and should have been included in the price we paid. Suffice is to say that the we felt that we paid more than a a fair price for the amount of time it took to make the repair. The company should have replaced all the rollers at the price point paid.

We had a great experience with your company! It was easy to make an appointment on line, and when I called with a question, a very helpful young lady gave me all the information I needed. I was able to make an appointment for the next morning and even received a phone call letting me know that our technician would be there soon. Jesse called about 5 minutes later to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he evaluated the situation and gave us several options for repairs of our problem. Jesse was very friendly, courteous and professional and went to work quickly. When he completed the job he made sure it was to our satisfaction.
