We heard about Precision from our neighbors who said the service was excellent and we found out for ourselves how true that was. Mike who came to our home was as polite and courteous as anyone I’ve ever dealt with and knew exactly what needed to be done. I would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door service or repair.

Jeff was absolutely fantastic! He came to fix not just one, but two garage doors for me and went above and beyond in every way. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and he made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate his professionalism and quality of work. I will definitely be calling on him again in the future and highly recommend his services!

Highly recommend Josh. He takes pride in his work and won't leave until he's sure the job is his best effort. He was neat and efficient and lovely to have on my property. Anyone would be lucky to have him to their repair work.

Joshua was great. Was quick to explain the excessive noise was not the motor but door itself and recommended a full garage door rebuild. Was very pleasant to work with throughout the process, explained all the work that had been done / all the hardware that had been changed. Given the age of the motor (20+ years), I asked Joshua to also change this out. Again, very thorough is showing me the location of the back up battery on the unit, the button to reset the entry code; demonstrated that the sensors were working so the door would stop if it met an obstacle etc. I would recommend Joshua & Precision Doors. Thank you!

THIS SERVICE WAS PERFORMED IN WESTON, CT. Joshua was one of the best service providers - of any product - I have ever dealt with. He was extremely knowledgeable, supremely professional, and refreshingly kind and considerate. He is a wonderful technician and a very obvious asset to your company who should be acknowledged for his excellent service, attention to detail, and clearly putting his customer's first. I wish every service provider I interacted with was as good as he is.

Joshua was extremely professional and answered all of my questions. He did a great job installing 3 garage door openers. He cleaned everything up and even removed my broken and old openers and hauled them away for me. Very courteous and made himself available if I should have any questions or issues with my purchase.
