I had a problem with my gargage door sensor which did not allow me to close the door. Kyle was my service person that came and he knew exactly what to look for first. It turned out the wires needed splicing. I had someone else come to my home yesterday and never looked at the wires. All he said was the system was old and I would need new wiring connected or a new system. I knew he was an amateur and he quoted me two ridiculous high prices. This company is very professional and everyone I spoke to is kind, caring and comforting. I loved Kyle and his years of experience come through. I will highly recommend this company and of course Kyle.

I chose POGS because of the high ratings and convenience. Online booking was easy and I was contacted right away. The tech came right on time. The tech was curtious and very informative detailing what was needed. I was presented with 3 options to choose for the repair. I like having options because you feel like you are not being railroaded. The door was fixed and the tech went above and beyond. This was my first experience and I was VERY satified with the service. I was given estimate of $264 to just change the cables with no warranty on the work and would deduct the $69 service charge from that amount. Then the second estimate was for $434 with a three year warranty and would not deduct the service charge from that total. That was for replacing the cables and the four rollers. I won’t recommend this company to anyone.

I used Precision three years ago to replace an older opener and was very pleased. Today, I called today to replace my other garage door opener. Precision door has been of great help to me, as I own a multifamily rental in the area. It's important to me that my property is maintained to the highest standards. Alex Berk from Precision has been servicing my garage doors, and I can't say enough about this young man. Considering his age, he has really become an expert. He spends the time to figure out a solution rather than just replacing the whole unit. My garage door system is very old, and so far Alex has been able to keep the repair cost to a minimum. Last Friday when I pulled into my garage and closed the door, I heard a distinct "snap". I tried to run the door to make sure it would open- it would not. I called several EM garage door vendors and one of those vendors was Precision. I was told they could have a tech over between 2 and 6 that day. I got a call just before 2, and met the tech shortly after 2. The tech was able to get the door open so I could get my car out- that was my goal for the day. The tech was able to see that at least one of the cables snapped so the work had to be scheduled, as it was going to require a new top panel of the door- that is in the works now, so I don't have the door fixed and done. I have a tech coming tomorrow to make progress, and check if the appropriate color is available. It is a great company to work with!

I am incredibly happy with the new openers I have had installed. Jesse P is a great tech, knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. He had repaired my door springs last year and did a great job then. This is my third time working with him. A good thing to know he cleaned up all of the old equipment and packaging. Would strongly recommend.
