Exceeded expectations! Josh was hours early, and called to confirm it was ok to arrive early. Walked us through our options patiently and thoroughly. Did not over sell us. Helped us choose a new model opener fit for our needs. Worked quickly and cleanly and walked us through the setup and use of our new opener upon completion. Did not leave until we were satisfied with the product and his installation work. Highly recommend the company as well as our installer Josh G. Thank you!!

Joshua was great! Super knowledgeable, professional and generally helpful. Also, appreciate precisions availability…got them to fix my issue same day. This isn’t Joshua’s fault but the cost of the job seemed a bit high. How do two springs cost $800?

Josh did a really terrific job explaining the intricacies of the garage door mechanisms in the house we are renovating. He installed a new keypad and we talked about future improvements in the system that we might want to do. He was totally professional, patient and thorough.

Stamford is not listed, surprisingly, in the 'select city' choices. Nevertheless, Josh was a fantastic, informative, friendly Garage Door repair representative/agent. Thank you for a smooth transaction. 5 Stars.

Alex was great. It started with an email from the company confirming the appointment and then sending a bio and picture of the repair person who would visit. While there was a 4 hour window, they called to let me know when they would actually arrive and you could even track the driver. Amazing service. He explained the work to be done, worked to get a discount on something I was going to put off and completed the work right away. Overall it was a terrific experience. I highly recommend them to anyone. Larry Chappaqua, NY.

We've used Precision before and were happy with the service provided and quality of the work. Today, Mike arrived promptly within the promised timeframe. Mike diagnosed the problem and gave us 3 options - we chose one & Mike proceeded with the repairs. Mike explained the revision, demonstrated the new controls, and answered questions. We were very satisfied with Mike as we have been with all the Precision techs.

The service you provided was exceptional and your technician Jesse Peligri was well informed about what was needed for my repair. He was extremely patient when I was asking lots of question and provided several options for me to consider in reference to the repair. My experience was great and it met my expectations!
