Technician, Alex, came on time (after calling ahead to let us know when he would arrive) and was very courteous and professional. He was very patient, answered all our questions and explained the various options to resolve the problem. We chose a quick and inexpensive fix and will call back to have additional work done as soon as needed. We will certainly call Precision again for all future work as we were very pleased with their service.

I needed someone to fix my hardware for my garage door . I found Precision on the web. I called them up to see how fast and what the price would be to fix my garage door. It was 3 days before they could get here but that was quicker than the other company I had called and the price was reasonable. I called Precision on a Thursday and they were at my house on Friday. I needed my keypad replaced and had been putting off replacing it purely due to never being able to find the time.
