I needed someone to fix my hardware for my garage door . I found Precision on the web. I called them up to see how fast and what the price would be to fix my garage door. It was 3 days before they could get here but that was quicker than the other company I had called and the price was reasonable. My husband was home when they came and they explained all the options we had. He was very pleased with the service tech and his work.

I called Precision on a Thursday and they were at my house on Friday. I needed my keypad replaced and had been putting off replacing it purely due to never being able to find the time. The tech was on time, friendly, helpful and even oiled/lubed the door parts. This company did my garage doors and cables four years ago and I have nothing but praises for them. I would strongly recommend them.

I would highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all future, related jobs. Alex came and assessed the problem. I needed a new motor. He had 3 on his truck and explained each one. He installed the one I picked, the keypad, and explained everything thoroughly. He is a very friendly young man and I wouldn't hesitate to request him if I have a problem in the future.
