When one of my garage door springs broke I checked your web site reviews and found no complaints at all for technical services performed. When I called, a very pleasant lady took my call and scheduled service sooner than I expected. On the afternoon scheduled, Travis called in advance to say he would arrive around 4:00 pm and actually came a few minutes early! Travis was personable, professional, efficient and very responsive to my questions. The work of replacing both springs, including the installation of safety cables which had not existed, was accomplished for less than I had estimated, for the springs alone! I do not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone and feel they are, indeed, fortunate to have someone of Travis' ability and personality on their staff!

The Technician's. Travis & Vince were extremely professional, courteous, and importantly knowledgeable. Vince took me through the 10 point inspection, Travis Immediately saw the problem with the motor, my options for a new motor carefully explained, after installation door was carefully tested. Remotes reprogrammed, and the interior of the garage left spotless. My warranty was explained, follow up by service manager was done within an hour of installation. Perfect, dare I say precision service.

Only one star, because the work was done in a timely manner, but the door doesn't work! I left it open while I was painting, & at the end of the evening I tried to close it many times! I then called both the technician & the offices, which told me that I had an appt. for Wed. between 12 & 4. NO ONE CAME! What good is a warranty if you don't stand behind it????

Darren came to the house early in the time interval previously specified on 9 September 2009, checked out the operation of the garage door (it worked well) and replaced the external key pad and rubber strip at the bottom of the door. Since the total came to more than $200, he informed me that there was a freebie that came with it, a laser unit that positions the car in the garage, which he then installed. His work was a first-class operation. I would rate him a 5. Many thanks.
